Abstract
Description
i)実質的に透明な導電コーティング層と、
ii)実質的に透明な導電コーティング層にわたって電圧を供給するように適合された実質的に平行な少なくとも第1および第2の離間されたバスバーと、
iii)少なくとも第1のバスバーおよび第2のバスバー間に画定された導電通路と
を含む、加熱可能なガラスパネルを提供する。
− 導電コーティングとその周囲との間の電気絶縁を提供し、および/または
− 導電コーティングを摩耗から保護し、および/または
− 導電コーティングおよび/またはゾーン境界が汚れを蓄積するおよび/または洗浄が難しくなる傾向を軽減する
ことに役立ち得る。
− 少なくとも第1の電気的に加熱可能なゾーンおよび第2の電気的に加熱可能なゾーンを含む実質的に透明な導電コーティングが提供されたガラスパネルを生産するステップであって、少なくとも第1の電気的に加熱可能なゾーンが、第1の電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーンにおけるコーティングの電気抵抗を及ぼすために、電気的に加熱可能なゾーンの実質的に透明な導電コーティング層におけるコーティング領域および脱コーティング領域のパターンによって提供される導電通路を含む、ステップと、

を含む。
Claims (12)
- 基板および少なくとも第1の電気的に加熱可能なゾーン(3)を含む電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネルであって、
i)実質的に透明な導電コーティング層(21)と、
ii)前記実質的に透明な導電コーティング層(21)にわたって電圧を供給するように適合された実質的に平行な少なくとも第1および第2の離間されたバスバー(8、9)と、
iii)前記少なくとも第1のバスバー(8)および第2のバスバー(9)間に画定された導電通路(17)と
を含む、電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネルにおいて、
前記導電通路(17)が、前記第1の電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーン(3)におけるコーティングの電気抵抗に影響を及ぼすために、電気的に加熱可能なゾーンの前記実質的に透明な導電コーティング層におけるコーティング領域(19)および脱コーティング領域(20)のパターンによって提供されることを特徴とする、電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル。 - 熱可塑性中間層によって共に接合された2枚のガラスシートを含む加熱積層車両フロントガラスウィンドウであって、前記少なくとも第1の電気的に加熱可能なゾーン(3)を区切るワイパーレストエリアに少なくとも配置されるバスバー(8、9)によって給電されるフロントガラスのガラスシートの表面の大部分を覆う実質的に透明な導電コーティング層(21)を含む、加熱積層車両フロントガラスウィンドウであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(1)。
- 前記少なくとも第1の電気的に加熱可能なゾーン(3)が、前記ガラスパネルの下縁の前記ワイパーレストエリアにおいて実質的に延在することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(1)。
- 前記バスバー(8、9)が、前記ワイパーレストエリアに沿って、かつ前記第1の電気的に加熱可能なゾーン(3)および第2の電気的に加熱可能なゾーン(6)のいずれかの側から前記ガラスパネルの前記下縁の長さに沿って少なくとも水平に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(1)。
- 前記少なくとも第1の電気的に加熱可能なゾーン(3)の前記実質的に透明な導電コーティング層内の前記パターン(17)が、前記導電コーティング層の実行中にマスクをガラスシートに塗布することによって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(1)。
- 前記パターン(17)が、ジグザグまたは正弦曲線の連続の形状を有する平行パターンの連続からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(1)。
- 前記パターン(17)が前記ガラスパネル(1)の位置3に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(1)。
- 前記コーティング層(21)が、0.5〜25オーム/スクエアに含まれる抵抗を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(1)。
- 熱強化される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(1)。
- 積層化される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(1)。
- 前記第1の電気的に加熱可能なゾーン(3)および前記第2の電気的に加熱可能なゾーン(6)が、前記導電コーティング(21)によって連続的に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(1)。
- 電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(1)を生産する方法であって、以下のステップ:
− 少なくとも第1の電気的に加熱可能なゾーン(3)および第2の電気的に加熱可能なゾーン(6)を含む実質的に透明な導電コーティング(21)が提供されたガラスパネルを生産するステップであって、前記少なくとも第1の電気的に加熱可能なゾーン(3)が、前記第1の電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーンにおける前記コーティングの電気抵抗に影響を及ぼすために、電気的に加熱可能なゾーンの前記実質的に透明な導電コーティング層におけるコーティング領域(19)および脱コーティング領域(20)のパターン(17)によって提供される導電通路を含む、ステップと、
