一方、本発明のさらに他の実施例に係る杭引き上げ装置は、杭の内径に挿入され、一定の高さごとに直径方向に向き合って貫通する拡張口設置用ポケットが形成されるチャックハウジングと、前記ポケットに配置されて半径方向に移動可能に設置される一対の拡張口と、一端が前記拡張口のいずれか一つに連結され、他端が前記拡張口の他の一つに連結され、前記拡張口を移動させて前記杭をチャッキングするチャッキングシリンダを含む杭引き上げチャックと、前記杭の内径に挿入され、前記杭引き上げチャックの下端に連結されて前記杭が地面に落ちる場合、引っかかって離脱しないように支持する鋼管を含む。
Claims (5)
- 引き上げ装備(500)に連結して杭(100)を引き上げるのに使われる杭引き上げ装置において、
前記引き上げ装備(500)に連結されて水平バランスを維持するバランスプレート(20)と;
前記バランスプレート(20)に直接または第1引き上げケーブル(21)を媒介として連結され、杭(100)の上部内径部に挿入されて油圧力で杭(100)を握りしめる杭引き上げチャック(30)を含むことを特徴とする,前倒れ防止が可能な杭引き上げ装置。 - 前記杭(100)の内径に挿入され得る外径と一定の長さを有して前記杭引き上げチャック(30)の下端に連結された杭前倒れ防止用鋼管(40)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前倒れ防止が可能な杭引き上げ装置。
- 前記杭(100)の外径を収容する貫通した杭前倒れ防止ホール(52)を有し、第2引き上げケーブル(22)を媒介として前記バランスプレート(20)に連結される杭前倒れ防止用リングプレート(50)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前倒れ防止が可能な杭引き上げ装置。
- 前記杭引き上げチャック(30)は
杭(100)の内径より小さい外径を有する円筒部(321)、円筒部(321)に内側に一定の高さごとに直径方向に向き合って貫通して形成された拡張口設置用角形ポケット(322)、円筒部(321)の上、下部に形成された上、下部フランジ(323、324)を有するチャックハウジング(32)と;
前記チャックハウジング(32)の前記拡張口設置用角形ポケット(322)に配置されて半径方向に移動可能に設置されている一対の拡張口(34)と;
一端が一対の拡張口(34)のうちいずれか一つにヒンジ連結され他端が他の一つにヒンジ連結されて、拡張作動時に前記半径方向に拡張口(34)を移動させて杭(100)をチャッキングするチャッキングシリンダ(36)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前倒れ防止が可能な杭引き上げ装置。 - 前記杭引き上げチャック(30)は上部に外部から回転力の伝達を受けるためにドライビングヘッド(29)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前倒れ防止が可能な杭引き上げ装置。
