Claims (15)
- 電極組立体及び前記電極組立体から突出している電極リードを含む複数の単位セルが配置されている二つ以上のサブモジュールと、
前記サブモジュールを収納するためのパックケースと、
前記サブモジュールの電極リードを電気的に連結するためのバスバー及びこれに連結されるバスバーフレームを含むバスバー組立体と、
前記サブモジュールの間を連結するための連結バスバーと、
前記バスバーによって電気的に連結された電極リードが集まって形成され、前記連結バスバーに連結されるターミナル部と、
前記ターミナル部、前記バスバー組立体及び前記ターミナル部と連結される部分の連結バスバーの上端及び側面を取り囲む遮断構造物と、
を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記遮断構造物は耐化学性及び断熱性を有する絶縁素材からなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記絶縁素材は珪酸塩を含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記絶縁素材は雲母又はセラミックを含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記遮断構造物は、
前記バスバー組立体に対応する形態を有するように構成され、前記バスバー組立体の上端に位置する上部構造物と、
前記上部構造物から前記ターミナル部及び前記連結バスバーに対応する形態に突出しているターミナル保護部と、
前記バスバーフレームの他のサブモジュール対面部をもっと保護する側面構造物と、
前記上部構造物の下部に位置し、前記ターミナル部及び前記連結バスバーの両側面を保護する汚染物質浸透防止部と、
を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記汚染物質浸透防止部は、前記バスバー及び前記ターミナル部とこれらに連結された前記連結バスバーとの間の空間に結合される、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記遮断構造物は、前記遮断構造物を保護するための断熱カバーをさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記断熱カバーは、
前記バスバー組立体及び前記遮断構造物が位置するバッテリーパックの上部に備えられる上端カバーと、
前記バスバー組立体の他のサブモジュール対面部に備えられる側面カバーと、
を含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記断熱カバーは断熱素材からなる、請求項7又は8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記断熱素材は珪酸塩を含む、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記断熱素材は雲母又はセラミックを含む、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記断熱カバーは前記連結バスバーを完全に覆う、請求項8~11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記断熱カバーは、前記側面カバーに平行に備えられ、前記連結バスバー及び前記遮断構造物の後面を保護する後面カバーをさらに含む、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックをエネルギー源として使用する、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、タブレット型パソコン、ノートブック型パソコン、動力工具、ウェアラブル電子機器、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、及び電力貯蔵装置からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つである、請求項14に記載のデバイス。
