Claims (13)
- 2個以上の単位モジュールが電気的に連結されたバッテリーパックと、
前記単位モジュールから延びた連結端子の間に介在されたヒューズと、
前記ヒューズの下に位置するヒューズボックスブラケットとを含み、
前記ヒューズは、不導体の中心部と導体の側部とを含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記ヒューズの外側面には非導電性素材のヒューズボックスをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒューズボックスブラケットは、前記ヒューズボックスの側面を支持する一対の側面部と、前記一対の側面部を連結しながら前記ヒューズボックスの底面を支持する平面部とを含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記平面部には上方に所定の高さに隆起した突出部が形成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒューズボックスは、前記ヒューズの一面をカバーする前面ヒューズボックスと、前記ヒューズの他面をカバーする後面ヒューズボックスとを含み、前記前面ヒューズボックス及び後面ヒューズボックスは着脱可能な構造を有する、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記前面ヒューズボックスの外側面には第1(a)締結部及び第1(b)締結部を備え、
前記後面ヒューズボックスの外側面には第2(a)締結部及び第2(b)締結部を備える、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記前面ヒューズボックスの内側面及び前記後面ヒューズボックスの内側面には、前記ヒューズの外側面と密着する複数の第1羽部及び第2羽部が所定の距離で離隔して備えられる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒューズボックスブラケットの一対の側面部には、前記前面ヒューズボックスの第1(a)締結部及び前記後面ヒューズボックスの第2(a)締結部とそれぞれ締結される一対の第1固定部と、前記前面ヒューズボックスの第1(b)締結部及び前記後面ヒューズボックスの第2(b)締結部のそれぞれと締結される一対の第2固定部とを備える、請求項6または7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒューズの中心部は前記ヒューズボックスブラケットの突出部と同じ垂直線上に位置する、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒューズの中心部の断面積は前記ヒューズボックスブラケットの突出部の断面積と同じかそれより大きい、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒューズボックスの融点は400℃以下である、請求項3、4、9、または10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒューズボックスブラケットは前記ヒューズボックスの融点より高い金属材からなる、請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒューズはHVヒューズである、請求項12に記載のバッテリーパック。
