Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレーム;
前記電池セル積層体の両端にそれぞれ形成されるバスバーフレーム;
両端にそれぞれ配置された前記バスバーフレームを連結し、FFC(Flexible Flat Cable)で形成された連結部;および
前記バスバーフレーム上に形成されて前記連結部と結合されるコネクタを含み、
前記コネクタと前記モジュールフレームの上側部との間には、フィルム部が形成される、電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバーフレームの外側をカバーする絶縁カバー;および
前記絶縁カバーの外側をカバーするエンドプレートをさらに含み、
前記フィルム部は、流入した水分を、前記エンドプレートと前記絶縁カバーとの間に形成された通路に案内する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記絶縁カバーは、前記フィルム部の下側に延長形成される延長部を含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記延長部は、前記エンドプレートが位置する方向に下側に傾斜して形成された、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記延長部の終端は、上側に曲がって形成された、請求項3または4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームの上側部と前記エンドプレートとの間の隙間は、前記延長部と連結される、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記通路は、前記モジュールフレームの外部と連結され、前記通路に案内された水分は、前記通路を介して前記モジュールフレームの外部に排出される、請求項2~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フィルム部は、前記モジュールフレームの上側部と対応する大きさで形成される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フィルム部は、前記モジュールフレームの上側部の両側縁部分と接着部材でそれぞれ結合され、
前記接着部材の間に形成された空間に、水分移動通路が形成される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記フィルム部は、ポリカーボネートシートで形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
