Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレーム;
前記電池セル積層体の前後面をカバーするバスバーフレーム;および
前記バスバーフレームに取り付けられた複数のバスバーを含み、
前記複数のバスバーの間には、第1隔壁および第2隔壁が形成される、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1隔壁および前記第2隔壁の間には、第1空間部が形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーの下端とエンドプレートの下面部との間には、第2空間部が形成される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2空間部の前方には、絶縁カバーが位置し、前記第2空間部の後方には、前記バスバーフレームの下側部が位置する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1隔壁および前記第2隔壁は、前記複数のバスバーのうち互いに対向する二つのバスバーの側面をそれぞれカバーする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレームは、前記複数のバスバーの下端と接触するように水平方向に延長形成された水平隔壁を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記水平隔壁で前方および上側に突出形成された突起部をさらに含み、
前記突起部は、前記複数のバスバーの下端部を固定させる、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記突起部は、前記複数のバスバーの下端部の両側端にそれぞれ形成される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数のバスバーは、両端に一つずつ形成された端子バスバーおよび二つの端子バスバーの間に形成された複数のセンシングバスバーを含み、
前記センシングバスバー間の間隔は、前記端子バスバーと最も近い前記センシングバスバーの間の間隔よりさらに広い、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記端子バスバーと隣接する第1隔壁の高さは、前記端子バスバーと最も近い前記センシングバスバーと隣接する第2隔壁の高さよりさらに高い、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
