Claims (12)
- 少なくとも一つの電池セルを含むセル組立体;
前記セル組立体の電極リードと電気的に連結される端子バスバーと、前記セル組立体を少なくとも一側でカバーするバスバーフレームを含むバスバー組立体;および
前記バスバー組立体を外側で覆う絶縁フレーム
を含み、
前記端子バスバーに隣接し、前記絶縁フレームの内部に空間が備えられたナット挿入空間に実装される実装されるナットを含み、
前記絶縁フレームは、前記ナット挿入空間の側壁から突出して前記ナットと接触する突出部を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記ナットは前記ナット挿入空間内で左右に遊動可能な大きさを有し、前記ナットの遊動時に前記突出部は前記ナット挿入空間の外側方向に広がるように構成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ナットは下部に前記ナットの本体から前記ナット挿入空間の側壁に向かって突出した突起部を有し、前記突起部は前記突出部と干渉してナットの上下遊動を制限する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記端子バスバーに締結孔が形成され、
前記ナットはねじ孔が前記締結孔と少なくとも一部分において重なるように前記ナット挿入空間内に実装した、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記突出部は上部に前記側壁と連結される傾斜面を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ナット挿入空間および前記突出部は前記絶縁フレームの射出工程の際に共に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部は前記ナット挿入空間において前記端子バスバーに隣接する側壁に形成されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部は前記側壁の上部から側面に突出して下部に延びた枝部に形成されている、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項による複数の電池モジュールを含む電池パックにおいて、
前記端子バスバーの締結孔を貫いて前記ナットのねじ孔にねじ結合されるボルトを含む、電池パック。 - 隣接する前記電池モジュールの端子バスバーを連結するモジュール間バスバーを備えた端子連結構造物を含み、
前記ボルトは前記モジュール間バスバーを貫いて前記ナットに結合される、請求項9に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ボルトは前記ナットのねじ孔を貫いて前記絶縁フレームに固定される、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項9による少なくとも一つの電池パックを含む、デバイス。
