Claims (11)
- 少なくとも一つの電池セルを含むセル組立体;
前記セル組立体の電極リードと電気的に接続される端子バスバーと、前記セル組立体の少なくとも一側面をカバーするバスバーフレームを含むバスバー組立体;および
前記バスバー組立体を外側で覆う絶縁フレーム
を含み、
前記端子バスバーに隣接すると共に前記絶縁フレームに設けられたナット挿入室内で浮動可能な大きさで設定され、前記ナット挿入室に浮動可能に実装されるナットを含み、
前記端子バスバーに締結穴が形成され、
前記ナットはねじ穴が前記締結穴と少なくとも一部分において重なるように前記ナット挿入室内に実装されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記ナット挿入室は長方形の平坦面を有し、
前記ナットの第1方向の幅は前記ナット挿入室の第1方向の幅より小さく、
前記ナットの第1方向と前記ナット挿入室の第1方向は同じ方向である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ナットの前記第1方向と交差する第2方向の幅は、前記ナット挿入室の第2方向の幅より小さく、
前記ナットの第2方向と前記ナット挿入室の第2方向は同じ方向である、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記端子バスバーの前記締結穴の直径は、前記ナットのねじ穴の直径より大きく形成されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ナット挿入室は、前記絶縁フレームの平面方向の両側に一つずつ配置されている、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ナットは、前記ナット挿入室の入口に向かうねじ穴の縁が傾斜するように削られて形成されている、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁フレームは、前記バスバー組立体と隣接するように位置する絶縁カバーと、前記絶縁カバーを覆って端子連結構造物が固定される外郭カバーを含み、
前記ナット挿入室は、前記絶縁カバーに備えられている、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項による複数の電池モジュールを含む電池パックにおいて、
前記端子バスバーの前記締結穴を貫いて前記ナットのねじ穴にねじ結合されるボルトを含む、電池パック。 - 隣接する前記電池モジュールの前記端子バスバーを連結するモジュール間バスバーを備える端子連結構造物を含み、
前記ボルトは前記モジュール間バスバーを貫いて前記ナットに結合されている、請求項8に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ボルトは、前記ナットのねじ穴を貫いて前記絶縁フレームに固定されている、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項8による少なくとも一つの電池パックを含む、デバイス。
