Claims (10)
- 電池セル積層体および前記電池セル積層体の前後面に取り付けられたバスバーフレームを含む第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび第2セルブロックアセンブリ;
前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリを収容し、前後方が開放されたモジュールフレーム;
前記第1セルブロックアセンブリの上側面および前後面、前記第2セルブロックアセンブリの上側面および前後面をカバーする上部プレートを含み、
前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリは、前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリに取り付けられた前記バスバーフレームが互いに対向する方向に離隔するように配置され、
前記上部プレートは、前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリの間、ならびに前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリ全体の前後方で、前記モジュールフレームの底部と結合される、電池モジュール。 - 前記上部プレートの内側面に形成された絶縁フィルムをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリは、前記電池セル積層体の積層方向と垂直な方向に沿って配置される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームの底部の下側には冷却プレートが位置する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリと前記モジュールフレームの底部との間には熱伝導性樹脂層が形成され、前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、第1セルブロックアセンブリの前後側下端および第2セルブロックアセンブリの前後側下端にそれぞれ形成される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリの間には第1結合部材が位置し、前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリ全体の前後方には第2結合部材および第3結合部材が位置し、前記結合部材は、前記上部プレートと前記モジュールフレームとを結合させる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記上部プレートは、前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリの間に形成された間底部、ならびに前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリ全体の前後方に形成された前後端底部を含み、
前記間底部は、前記モジュールフレームの底部と離隔し、前記第1結合部材は、前記間底部と前記モジュールフレームの底部とを連結して結合させる、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記前後端底部は、前記モジュールフレームの底部と接し、前記第2結合部材および前記第3結合部材によって互いに結合される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記上部プレートの内側面に形成された絶縁フィルムをさらに含み、
前記絶縁フィルムは、前記第1セルブロックアセンブリおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリの間で前記間底部と離隔して前記モジュールフレームの底部と接するように形成された、請求項7または8に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか一項による電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
