Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレーム、および
前記モジュールフレームの下側に形成されて前記複数の電池セルを冷却させるヒートシンクを含み、
前記ヒートシンクは、下部プレートおよび冷媒の流動経路である流路部を含み、
前記流路部の表面には、ディンプル部が形成された、電池モジュール。 - 前記ディンプル部は、前記流路部の表面で上側に膨らむように形成された複数のディンプルで形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数のディンプルは、互いに離隔するように形成される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、前記冷媒が流入するインレットと前記冷媒が流出するアウトレットとをさらに含み、
前記ディンプル部は、前記インレットおよび前記アウトレットと離隔するように形成される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記流路部は、前記流路部が形成された方向に沿って前記流路部の内部に形成された隔壁をさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ディンプル部は、前記隔壁と前記流路部の両側壁との間に形成される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、前記冷媒が流入するインレットと前記冷媒が流出するアウトレットとをさらに含み、
前記隔壁の開始部分は、前記インレットで離隔して形成され、
前記ディンプル部は、前記インレットと離隔するように前記隔壁の開始部分から前記流路部が形成された方向に沿って形成される、請求項5又は6に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記隔壁の終了部分は、前記アウトレットで離隔して形成され、
前記ディンプル部は、前記アウトレットと離隔するように前記隔壁の開始部分から前記隔壁の終了部分まで形成される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記流路部は、前記下部プレートで下側に陥没形成された構造で形成され、
前記流路部の上側は前記モジュールフレームの底部によってカバーされ、
前記流路部と前記モジュールフレームの底部との間の空間に冷媒が流動する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか一項による電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
