Claims (10)
- 電池セル積層体を含み、前記電池セル積層体の積層方向と垂直な方向に沿って配置された第1セルブロックアセンブリーおよび第2セルブロックアセンブリー;
前記第1セルブロックアセンブリーおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリーを収容し、前方および後方が開放されたモジュールフレーム;ならびに
前記モジュールフレームの底部下側に配置された冷却プレートを含み、
前記冷却プレートには冷媒が流動する流路が形成され、前記流路は、前記第1セルブロックアセンブリーおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリーの配置方向と平行な方向に形成される、電池モジュール。 - 前記冷却プレートは、底面から上側に突出した複数の隔壁を含み、前記隔壁は、前記第1セルブロックアセンブリーおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリーの配置方向と平行な方向に延長形成されて、前記隔壁の間に前記流路を形成する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁は、前記冷却プレートの前後端部分と離隔するように形成される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記流路の上側部には、前記モジュールフレームの底部が位置する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却プレートは、前記モジュールフレームの底部と対応する大きさで形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却プレートは、前記モジュールフレームの底部と溶接で結合される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 第1セルブロックアセンブリーおよび第2セルブロックアセンブリーを含む電池モジュール;ならびに
前記第1セルブロックアセンブリーおよび前記第2セルブロックアセンブリーが対向する方向と垂直な方向に追加配置される第1追加セルブロックアセンブリーおよび第2追加セルブロックアセンブリーを含む少なくとも一つの追加電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。 - 前記電池モジュールと前記追加電池モジュールに形成された冷却プレートの流路の前端部は、全て連結されて、これと連結された冷媒供給部を通じて冷媒の供給を受け、前記冷却プレートの流路の後端部は、全て連結されて、これと連結された冷媒排出部を通じて冷媒を排出する、請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記冷媒供給部は、インレットと連結されて冷媒の供給を受け、前記冷媒排出部は、アウトレットと連結されて冷媒を排出する、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項7~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックを含み、
前記電池モジュールを基準にして前記追加電池モジュールが装着される方向が長手方向である、自動車。
