- 前記単位モジュール(200)は、上部カバー(210)、下部カバー(220)、前記上部カバー(210)及び前記下部カバー(220)によって形成される空間部に収納される複数の電池セル(230)、前面バスバーアセンブリー(240)、後面バスバーアセンブリー(250)、一側面が前記上部カバー(210)及び前記下部カバー(220)と密着する一対のエンドプレート(260)、及び前記電池セル(230)の下部及び上部にそれぞれ位置する一対のクーリングフィン(270)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記上部カバー(210)は、水平に位置する第1水平部(211)、前記第1水平部(211)の両側端から下方に延びた一対の第1垂直部(212)、所定の距離で離隔したままで前記第1垂直部(212)のそれぞれに形成された一対の第1収容溝(213)、及び前記第1垂直部(212)の一側端に所定の形状に切開されている第1切開部(214)を含み、
前記下部カバー(220)は、水平に位置する第2水平部(221)、前記第2水平部(221)の両側端から上方に延びた一対の第2垂直部(222)、所定の距離で離隔したままで前記第2垂直部(222)のそれぞれに形成された一対の第2収容溝(223)、及び前記第2垂直部(222)の一側端に所定の形状に切開されている第2切開部(224)を含む、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記上部カバー(210)及び前記下部カバー(220)は鋼板からなる、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記前面バスバーアセンブリー(240)は、複数のスリットが形成された六面体状の第1フレーム(241)、前記第1収容溝(213)及び前記第2収容溝(223)にそれぞれ結合される前記第1フレーム(241)の外側面に形成された複数の第3突起(242)、及び所定の間隔で離隔したままで所定の長さに内側に延びた複数の第1間隔維持部(244)を含み、
前記後面バスバーアセンブリー(250)は、複数のスリットが形成された六面体状の第2フレーム(251)、前記第1収容溝(213)及び前記第2収容溝(223)にそれぞれ結合される前記第2フレーム(251)の外側面に形成された複数の第4突起(252)、及び所定の間隔で離隔したままで所定の長さに内側に延びた複数の第2間隔維持部(254)を含む、請求項5または6に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記2個以上の単位モジュール(200)はインターバスバー(300)を介して電気的に連結され、前記2個以上の単位モジュール(200)は第3間隔維持部(400)によって所定の距離で離隔した状態を維持する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記インターバスバー(300)は、所定の長さを有する第3水平部(310)、前記第3水平部(310)の縁部から所定の角度に折り曲げられた一対の第3垂直部(320)、及び前記一対の第3垂直部(320)間の第5切開部(330)を含む、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第3間隔維持部(400)は、隣接した前記単位モジュール(200)の第1切開部(214)に装着される第4水平部(410)、前記第4水平部(410)の両側端から垂直方向に所定の長さに延びて隣接した前記単位モジュール(200)のカバーの内側面に位置する一対の第4垂直部(420)、及び前記第4垂直部(420)の下端に連結され、隣接した前記単位モジュール(200)の第2切開部(224)に装着される第5水平部(430)を含む、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第5水平部(430)は、前記インターバスバー(300)の前記第3水平部(310)を収納するように‘コ’字形を有する、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記2個以上の単位モジュール(200)は20mm~30mmの間隔で離隔している、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下部ハウジング(120)の内側面には前記単位モジュール(200)を所定の距離で離隔した状態で維持するための支持部(123)が設けられる、請求項2または3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
- 請求項14に記載の電池パックを備えた、デバイス。
