Claims (11)
- 一側または両側に一対の電極タブを備えた電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収納するセルケースと、
一側は前記電極タブと連結され、他側は前記セルケースの外部に突出する一対の電極リードと、
前記セルケースと電極リードとの間に位置するリードフィルムと、
2個の温度ヒューズ部と、を含み、
一つの温度ヒューズ部は正極タブとセルケースの金属層とを連結し、他の温度ヒューズ部は負極タブとセルケースの金属層とを連結し、
前記温度ヒューズ部は、所定の温度以上に上昇すると作動してショートの発生を誘導する、パウチ型電池セル。 - 前記セルケースは、外部樹脂層、金属層、及び内部樹脂層から構成されたラミネート構造を有し、
前記温度ヒューズ部は、所定の温度以上に上昇すると連結される温度ヒューズ、前記温度ヒューズの一側から所定の長さに延びている第1ケーブル、及び前記温度ヒューズの他側から所定の長さに延びている第2ケーブルを含む、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記温度ヒューズは、セルケースの内部に位置する、請求項2に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記温度ヒューズは、電極タブの付近に位置する、請求項3に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記温度ヒューズは、コーティング層によって取り囲まれた形態を有する、請求項3または4に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記コーティング層は、シリコーン素材からなる、請求項5に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記温度ヒューズは、セルケースの外部に位置する、請求項2に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記温度ヒューズは、セルケースの外側面に密着した状態で位置する、請求項7に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記温度ヒューズは、接着部材によって、セルケースのポケット部の外側面に固定される、請求項8に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記接着部材は、熱伝導性素材からなる、請求項9に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記セルケースは、上部ケース、前記上部ケースの下に位置する下部ケース、及び前記上部ケース及び下部ケースの縁部のシーリング部を含み、
前記シーリング部は、3面または4面である、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
