Claims (10)
- ケースと;前記ケース内に、第1極板、セパレーター、第2極板の順に配置されてなる電池部と;前記第1極板の四辺の中でいずれか一辺に第1極タブウェルディング部を介して接続され、前記ケースから突出している第1極タブと;前記第2極板の四辺の中でいずれか一辺に第2極タブウェルディング部を介して接続され、前記ケースから突出している第2極タブとを含み、前記第1極タブは、前記第1極タブと第2極タブが短絡するとき、一定部位が破裂することにより、前記第1極板と第2極板の短絡を防止することを特徴とする、短絡安全装置。
- 前記第1極タブは、抵抗が2.36×10−4Ω〜1.64×10−5Ωであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の短絡安全装置。
- 前記第1極タブは正極タブであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の短絡安全装置。
- 前記第1極タブは負極タブであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の短絡安全装置。
- 前記第1極タブの材質はアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の短絡安全装置。
- 前記第1極タブは板状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の短絡安全装置。
- 前記第1極タブは、厚さが0.1mm〜0.4mmであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の短絡安全装置。
- 前記第1極タブは、前記ケースに平行な辺の長さ(幅)が20mm〜200mm、ケースに垂直した辺の長さが18mm〜50mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の短絡安全装置。
- 前記第1極タブは、断面積が2〜80mm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の短絡安全装置。
- 前記第1極タブウェルディング部は、面積が40〜800mm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の短絡安全装置。
