Claims (10)
- 케이스와 상기 케이스안에 내장되어 있으며 제1 극판, 세퍼레이터, 제2 극판 순으로 배치된 전지부를 포함하는 고출력 전지에 있어서,상기 제1 극판의 네개의 변들중에서 어느 하나의 변에 제1 극탭 웰딩부를 통하여 접속되어 있고 상기 케이스에서 돌출되어 있는 제1 극탭; 및상기 제2 극판의 네개의 변들중에서 어느 하나의 변에 제2 극탭 웰딩부를 통하여 접속되어 있고 상기 케이스에서 돌출되어 있는 제2 극탭을 포함하며, 상기 제1 극탭은 상기 제1 극탭과 제2 극탭이 단락될 때 일정 부위가 파열되어 상기 제1 극판과 제2 극판의 단락을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단락 안전 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 극탭은, 저항이 2.36*10-4 Ω~1.64*10-5Ω인 것을 특징으로 하는 단락 안전 장치.
- 제1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 극탭은 양극탭인 것을 특징으로 하는 단락 안전 장치.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 극탭은 음극탭인 것을 특징으로 하는 단락 안전 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 극탭의 재질은 알루미늄 및 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 단락 안전 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 극탭은 판형인 것을 특징으로 하는 단락 안전 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제1 극탭은, 두께가 0.1mm~0.4mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 단락 안전 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 극탭은 상기 케이스에 나란한 변의 길이(폭)는 20mm~200mm이고, 케이스에 수직한 변의 길이는 18mm~50mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 단락 안전 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 극탭은 단면적이 2~80mm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 단락 안전 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 극탭웰딩부는 면적이 40~800mm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 단락 안전장치.
