Claims (12)
- 3Dプリンター用インクであって、
αゼイン、エタノール、水のゲルである、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項1記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
αゼインの含有量がインクの総質量の10~50%であって、他にはエタノールと水の混合溶液であって、残りは孔形成剤であって、
混合溶液のエタノールと水の体積比は40~90:10~60であって、
孔形成剤は、マンニトール、重炭酸アンモニウム、塩化ナトリウム、酒石酸ナトリウムまたはクエン酸ナトリウムの水溶性塩または糖粒子、パラフィン粒子または氷粒子などであって、添加量はαゼインの質量の0~10%である、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項1記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
30~50%のαゼインを含む、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項2記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
使用した混合溶液はエタノールと水であって、両溶液の体積比が60~85:15~40である、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項1又は2記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
室温で3Dプリントすることができる、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項1又は2記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
ゼロ剪断粘度が30~5000Pa・sである、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項1又は2記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
製造方法は以下のプロセスを含む:
10~50%のαゼインを混合溶液に溶解し、5~95℃で1~10時間反応させ、
或いは、30分~24時間攪拌し、
前記第2の孔形成剤を添加してから形成し、
孔形成剤の添加量はαゼイン質量の0~10%であって、
混合溶液はエタノールと水であって、両溶液の体積比は40~90:10~60である、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項7記載の3Dプリンター用インクの製造方法において、
静置反応の温度が10~50℃であって、反応時間が1~3日である、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インクの製造方法。 - 請求項1又は7記載の3Dプリンター用インクの応用において、
医用生体工学材料である、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インクの応用。 - 請求項9記載の3Dプリンター用インクの応用において、
3Dプリンターで、管状、膜状および3D足場の組織工学代替物または止血材料の目的とする、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インクの応用。 - 請求項9又は10記載の3Dプリンター用インクの応用において、
具体的な製品は組織工学代替物であって、
神経導管、人工気管、人工尿道管、人工血管、人工皮膚、止血膜材料、人工骨、人工軟骨と人工耳である、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インクの応用。 - 請求項1記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
止血材料として、注射または塗抹で、深層或は不規則な傷口の出血に使用でき、
請求項9に記載した3D印刷製品と連携止血することができる、
