Claims (11)
- 3Dプリンター用インクであって、
αゼイン、エタノールおよび水を混合して形成されたゲルであり、前記ゲルのゼロ剪断粘度が30~5000Pa・sであり、室温での3Dプリントの実行に使用することができる、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項1記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
αゼインの含有量がインクの総質量の10~50%であって、他にはエタノールと水との混合溶液を含み、孔形成剤を含んでもよく、
混合溶液におけるエタノールと水との体積比は、90:10~40:60であり、
前記孔形成剤の添加量はαゼインの質量の0~10%である、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項2記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、

30~50%のαゼインを含む、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項2又は3記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
使用した混合溶液におけるエタノールと水との体積比が、85:15~60:40である、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項2記載の3Dプリンター用インクを製造する3Dプリンター用インクの製造方法であって、
製造方法は以下のプロセスを含む:
10~50%のαゼインをエタノールと水との混合溶液に溶解し、
前記混合溶液を、5~50℃で1~10日間静置反応させ、或いは、5~50℃で30分~24時間攪拌することにより、前記混合溶液から、前記3Dプリンター用インクとなるゲルを調製し、
前記混合溶液または前記ゲルに、前記孔形成剤を添加してもよく、
前記孔形成剤の添加量はαゼイン質量の0~10%であって、
前記混合溶液におけるエタノールと水との体積比は90:10~40:60である、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インクの製造方法。 - 請求項6記載の3Dプリンター用インクの製造方法において、
前記静置反応の時間が1~3日である、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インクの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
医用生体工学材料に用いられる、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項8記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
前記3Dプリンター用インクは、管状、膜状および3D足場のうちのいずれかである組織工学代替物または止血材料の製造に用いられる、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 請求項8又は9記載の3Dプリンター用インクにおいて、
前記3Dプリンター用インクによる具体的な製品は組織工学代替物であって、
神経導管、人工気管、人工尿道管、人工血管、人工皮膚、止血膜材料、人工骨、人工軟骨又は人工耳である、
ことを特徴とする3Dプリンター用インク。 - 室温での3Dプリントの実行に使用されるインクまたは止血材料として用いられるゲルであって、
αゼイン、エタノールおよび水の混合物を含有し、
前記ゲルのゼロ剪断粘度は30~5000Pa・sであり、
前記止血材料として用いられる場合は、注射または塗抹で、深層或は不規則な傷口の出血に使用され、
前記止血材料として用いられる場合は、請求項8に記載した前記医用生体工学材料と併用することで相乗的に止血する、
ことを特徴とするゲル。
