Abstract
Description
前述したように構成された従来の浴面の異物除去装置は、めっき槽の内部を通過しつつめっきが施された亜鉛鋼板の表面へのアッシュなどの異物の付着を防ぐ構造を有しているが、スナウト内の浴面の異物を排出することはできない。
前記ハウジング部材の上側に設けられる保持ブラケットと、該保持ブラケットに設けられる駆動部と、該駆動部の駆動軸と連なって前記ハウジング部材の内部に延びる回転軸と、該回転軸に設けられて前記排出連結部を介してハウジング部材の内部に流れ込んだ溶融亜鉛めっき液をポンピングするためのインペラーを含むポンピングユニットを備え、
前記ハウジング部材と連なって前記スノーケル部内の溶融亜鉛めっき液をスノーケル部の外部の溶融亜鉛めっき槽の浴面側に排出するための溶融亜鉛排出部をさらに備える。
前記スノーケル部に対して昇降可能に設けられ、スノーケル部により包まれた鋼板と所定の間隔で離隔して鋼板部位の溶融亜鉛めっき液が流入できるめっき液流入ダンパ部を有するタンク部と、該タンク部に設けられてタンク部に流入された溶融亜鉛を溶融亜鉛めっき槽内の浴面側にポンピングして異物の含まれたタンク部内の溶融亜鉛めっき液をスノーケル部の外部の溶融亜鉛めっき槽内の浴面側に排出することによって、異物が前記溶融亜鉛めっき槽内の溶融亜鉛めっき液の内部に流れ込んで溶融亜鉛めっき液を再び汚染させたり、スノーケル部の内部への異物の流れ込みを防止する溶融亜鉛排出ユニットと、前記スノーケル部に設けられて溶融亜鉛排出ユニットとタンク部を昇降させるための昇降ユニットとを備える。
Claims (11)
- 端部が溶融亜鉛めっき槽の浴面に浸漬され、溶融亜鉛めっき槽に入れられる鋼板を包んで酸化を防止するためのスノーケル部と、前記スノーケル部の端部から前記鋼板と所定の間隔で離隔するように包み溶融亜鉛めっき槽内の溶融亜鉛めっき液がスノーケル部の内周面側に越流するようにして、スノーケル部内の浴面に落下した異物が鋼板に付着できないようにするダム形成部を有するダムユニットを含むスナウトと、
前記スノーケル部に設けられて前記ダムユニットのダム形成部を越流した溶融亜鉛めっき液をスノーケル部の外側の溶融亜鉛めっき槽内の浴面側にポンピングしてダム形成部を越流した溶融亜鉛めっき液に含まれた異物が前記溶融亜鉛めっき槽内の溶融亜鉛めっき液に混入されて溶融亜鉛めっき液を再び汚染させたり、スノーケル部の内部に再び流れ込まれることを防止する溶融亜鉛排出ユニットとを備えることを特徴とする鋼板溶融亜鉛めっき工程における浴面の異物除去装置。 - 前記溶融亜鉛排出ユニットは、前記スノーケル部に設けられてダムユニットのダム形成部を越流した溶融亜鉛めっき液が溜められた貯蔵槽と連結される少なくとも一つの排出連結部と、該排出連結部と連結され上部が開放され下面が密閉されたハウジング部材と、該ハウジング部材の上側に設けられる保持ブラケットと、該保持ブラケットに設けられる駆動部と、該駆動部の駆動軸と連結されて前記ハウジングの内部に延びる回転軸と、該回転軸に設けられて前記排出管部を介してハウジングの内部に流れ込まれた溶融亜鉛めっき液を前記ハウジング部材の開放部を介して溶融亜鉛めっき槽の浴面側に排出するインペラーを含めてポンピングユニットが備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板溶融亜鉛めっき工程における浴面の異物除去装置。
- 前記ハウジングの下面に、溶融亜鉛排出ユニットの修理時ハウジングと排出管部及びスノケール部の内部に残存する溶融亜鉛めっき液を排出するための溶融亜鉛排出孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鋼板溶融亜鉛めっき工程における浴面の異物除去装置。
- 前記ハウジングの開放された上端部とインペラーを回転させるための駆動部との間が、異物の含まれた溶融亜鉛めっき液を排出できるように開放されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板溶融亜鉛めっき工程における浴面の異物除去装置。
- 前記駆動部と該駆動部により回転する回転軸とインペラーが前記保持ブラケットに設けられた昇降ユニットにより昇降可能に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鋼板溶融亜鉛めっき工程における浴面の異物除去装置。
- 前記保持ブラケットまたは駆動部に設けられてハウジング部材の開放部を介して回転軸の酸化防止と回転軸の冷却及び回転軸に異物が付着することを防止するための不活性ガス噴射ユニットがさらに備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鋼板溶融亜鉛めっき工程における浴面の異物除去装置。
- 前記ハウジング部材の開放された上端側にはハウジング部材の開放された軸を介して吐き出される溶融亜鉛めっき液を一定の方向に流れうるように誘導するためのめっき液誘導部がさらに備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鋼板溶融亜鉛めっき工程における浴面の異物除去装置。
- 前記溶融亜鉛排出ユニットは、前記スノーケル部に設けられて前記ダム部材を越流した溶融亜鉛めっき液をスノーケル部の内部から排出するための少なくとも一つの排出連結部と、該排出連結部と連結されるものであって下面が密閉されたハウジング部材と、
前記ハウジング部材の上側に設けられる保持ブラケットと、該保持ブラケットに設けられる駆動部と、該駆動部の駆動軸と連結されて前記ハウジング部材の内部に延びる回転軸と、該回転軸に設けられて前記排出連結部を介してハウジング部材の内部に流れ込んだ溶融亜鉛めっき液をポンピングするためのインペラーを含むポンピングユニットを備え、

前記スノーケル部に設けられて溶融亜鉛排出ユニットとタンク部を昇降させるための昇降ユニットとを備えることを特徴とする鋼板溶融亜鉛めっき工程における浴面の異物除去装置。 - 前記溶融亜鉛排出ユニットは、前記タンク部に設けられて前記タンク部に流入された溶融亜鉛を排出するための少なくとも一つの排出連結部と、該排出連結部と連結されるものであって上部が開放され下面が密閉されたハウジング部材と、該ハウジング部材の上側に設けられる保持ブラケットと、該保持ブラケットに設けられる駆動部と、該駆動部の駆動軸と連結されて前記ハウジングの内部に延びる回転軸と、該回転軸に設けられて前記排出連結部を介してハウジング部材の内部に流れ込まれた溶融亜鉛めっき液を前記ハウジング部材の開放部を介して溶融亜鉛めっき槽の浴面側に排出するインペラーを有するポンピングユニットを含んでなされることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の鋼板溶融亜鉛めっき工程における浴面の異物除去装置。
- 前記ハウジングの下面に、溶融亜鉛排出ユニットの修理時ハウジングと排出管部とハウジング及び流入タンク部の内部に残存する溶融亜鉛を排出するための溶融亜鉛排出孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の鋼板溶融亜鉛めっき工程における浴面の異物除去装置。
