Claims (6)
- 용융아연욕조의 스나우트 내부에 형성되는 이물질이 흡입되도록 장착되는 흡입관;상기 흡입관에 흡입력을 부여하도록 장착되는 펌핑부; 및상기 흡입관에 연통되는 드레인 배관과, 상기 드레인 배관에 장착되는 역류 방지 밸브와, 상기 드레인 배관에 장착되는 퍼지용 질소배관을 구비하여 상기 스나우트 내부의 미펌핑된 애쉬 및 탑 드로스를 배출하도록 하는 드레인부;를 포함하는 아연도금설비의 이물질 제거장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 드레인 배관은 상기 아연욕조의 저면 방향으로 연장 형성되는 아연도금설비의 이물질 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 역류 방지밸브는 상기 용융아연욕조의 용융아연 내부에서 부력의 작용으로 상기 드레인 배관을 밀폐하고, 용융아연 외부에 위치시 부력의 미작용으로 드레인 배관을 개방하도록 하는 아연도금설비의 이물질 제거장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 펌핑부는,상기 흡입관에 흡입력을 부여하는 펌프; 및상기 펌프로 흡입된 이물질을 배출하는 배출관;를 포함하는 아연도금설비의 이물질 제거장치.
