-前記表面に液滴の選択領域が生成されるようにして、好ましくは射出ヘッドによって、前記表面に液滴の形態で浮彫り用生産物を塗布する。
-前記表面に層を形成するようにして、前記表面に被覆生産物を塗布する。
-前記表面の前記選択領域に前記被覆生産物が無い状態で、前記被覆生産物の前記層を固定する。
る第1のワニスの表面張力は、第2のワニスの表面張力よりも大きく又は小さく、それにより第1のワニスと第2のワニスの間に拒絶作用が生じる。

Claims (15)
- 平らな板状材(1)の表面(1’)に三次元構造を生成するための方法であって、
-処理の準備ができた前記表面(1’)を備えた前記板状材(1)を提供するステップと、
-前記表面(1’)に液滴の選択領域が生成されるようにして、前記表面(1’)に液滴の形態で浮彫り用生産物(2)を塗布するステップと、
-前記表面(1’)に層を形成するようにして、被覆生産物(3)を前記表面(1’)に塗布するステップと、
-前記表面(1’)の前記選択領域に前記被覆生産物(3)が無い状態で、前記被覆生産物(3)の前記層を固定するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記被覆生産物(3)の前記層を乾燥させる手段によって、前記固定を行うためにエネルギーが加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記浮彫り用生産物(2)は、前記浮彫り用生産物(2)の乾燥時間が前記被覆生産物(3)の乾燥時間よりも長くなる乾燥遅延効果を提供する特性を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記浮彫り用生産物(2)及び前記被覆生産物(3)は、前記浮彫り用生産物(2)の前記液滴に応じて前記被覆生産物(3)の除去を生じるために、互いに非混和性である特性を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆生産物(3)の前記層を固定した後に、前記浮彫り用生産物(2)は前記表面(1’)に維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆生産物(3)の前記層を固定した後に、前記浮彫り用生産物(2)が除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記浮彫り用生産物(2)が、ブラッシング又は圧縮空気を加えることによって除去されることを特徴とする、請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆生産物(3)の前記層の固定中に、前記浮彫り用生産物(2)が除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆生産物(3)の前記層が固定され、保護生産物(4)が前記表面(1’)に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記保護生産物(4)の固定が行われることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記浮彫り用生産物(2)が、インク、シリコーン、ワニス、ラッカー、水性液体、溶剤系液体、及びそれらの任意の組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記浮彫り用生産物(2)が、射出ヘッドによって塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆生産物(3)が、ラッカー又はワニスであることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 被覆生産物(3)を含まない選択領域を前記板状材(1)の表面(1’)に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造されることができる板状材(1)。
- 請求項14に記載の板状材(1)を製造するための装置であって、前記板状材(1)の表面(1’)に液滴の形態で浮彫り用生産物(2)を塗布するための射出ヘッドと、前記浮彫り用生産物(2)を乾燥させるための第1の固定手段と、前記表面(1’)に被覆生産物(3)を塗布するための手段と、前記被覆生産物(3)を乾燥するための第2の固定手段と、保護生産物(4)を塗布するための手段と、前記保護生産物(4)を乾燥させるための第3の固定手段と、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法を適用するように構成された制御ユニットとを含むことを特徴とする、装置。
