Claims (14)
- 板状材(1)で浮き出し模様を得る方法であって、
-1つの表面(1’)を有する板状材(1)を移動させるステップと、
-第1の表面(8.1)を備えたフィルム(8)を供給するステップと、
-前記第1の表面(8.1)に凸型の浮き出し模様を生成するために、デジタル印刷技術を使用して、前記第1の表面(8.1)に浮き出し模様の生産物(9’)を射出するステップと、
-前記フィルム(8)での前記凸型の浮き出し模様を固定するステップと、
-覆い生産物(4)を塗布するステップと、
-前記凸型の浮き出し模様との接触により、前記覆い生産物(4)に凹型の浮き出し模様を得るステップと、
-前記板状材(1)の前記表面(1’)での前記凹型の浮き出し模様を固定するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記板状材(1)の前記表面(1’)に印刷がされ、該印刷に関する情報が、前記凸型の浮き出し模様の生成及び前記印刷が同期して行われるようにして送信されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凹型の浮き出し模様の取得と、前記凹型の浮き出し模様の固定が同時に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記覆い生産物(4)で前記凹型の浮き出し模様が得られたら、前記凹型の浮き出し模様が固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルム(8)の供給が閉じた経路により行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記フィルム(8)が前記板状材(1)に対して除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記板状材(1)の前記表面(1’)で前記凹型の浮き出し模様を備えた前記覆い生産物(4)を完全に硬化させた後に、前記フィルム(8)が除去されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記板状材(1)の前記表面(1’)で前記凹型の浮き出し模様を備えた前記覆い生産物(4)を完全に硬化させる前に、前記フィルム(8)が除去されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記凹型の浮き出し模様が固定されたら、前記覆い生産物(4)が前記フィルム(8)から除去されることを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記凹型の浮き出し模様が固定されたら、前記凸型の浮き出し模様が前記フィルム(8)から除去されることを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記覆い生産物(4)が前記板状材(1)の前記表面(1’)に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記覆い生産物(4)が、前記第1の表面(8.1)で前記フィルム(8)に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 板状材(1)で浮き出し模様を得るための装置であって、
-前記装置を通って板状材(1)を移動させるための移動手段(2)と、
-覆い生産物(4)を塗布するための塗布手段(3)と、
-第1の表面(8.1)を備えたフィルム(8)を供給するための供給手段と、
-前記第1の表面(8.1)に凸型の浮き出し模様を生成するように浮き出し模様の生産物(9)を射出するための、デジタル印刷技術を使用する射出手段(9)と、
-前記フィルム(8)での前記凸型の浮き出し模様を固定するための固定手段(10)と、
-前記板状材(1)に凹型の浮き出し模様を得るための転写手段(13)と、
-請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するように設計された制御手段と
を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記板状材(1)に対して前記フィルム(8)を除去するための除去手段(15)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
