Abstract
Description
組成LaCeNdZr (2/21.3/5.1/71.6)を有する触媒Cat1の調製:
当該触媒は、ソフトケミストリー合成経路によって調製された。例えば、特許FR2907445A1 又は特許 FR2859470A1に記述された方法に従って得られた。触媒の比表面積は75m2・g-1である。酸化物の重量パーセントによる組成は、2.0% のLa2O3 、21.3% のCeO2、5.1% のNd2O3 及び71.6% のZrO2である。
粒径分布が0.400から0.500nmの炭化ケイ素(carborundum)によって希釈された触媒の触媒ベッド2mlが、内径1.26cmの反応器に入れられる。反応器に導入されるガスは、メタノールと硫化水素との混合物からなる。
1)H2S/MeOHのモル比=0.5、温度=330℃、接触時間=10秒
2)H2S/MeOHのモル比=4、温度=375℃、接触時間=20秒
3)H2S/MeOHのモル比=1.7、温度=400℃、接触時間=4秒
反応器内の圧力は10気圧である。
注目されるのは、条件に関わらず、本発明の方法ではメタノールの変換率が高く且つメタンチオール選択性が高い一方、軽ガスの生成量が非常に低いことにより硫化ジメチル選択性が高いことである。これらの結果は、本発明による方法に用いられた触媒のセリアとの比較における性能を強調するものである。これらは更に、メタンチオール製造の最適化のためには、本方法は相補的な工程を備え、生成した硫化ジメチルをメタンチオールに変換するのが有利であることを示す。これは、アルミナのような当業者に既知の触媒存在下で行う。
組成LaCeNdZr (1.75/30.3/5.35/62.6)を有する触媒Cat2の調製:
触媒Cat2は、上記の触媒Cat1と同様の技術によって調製される。本触媒の比表面積は75m2・g-1である。酸化物の重量パーセントによる組成は、1.75% のLa2O3 、30.3% のCeO2、5.35% のNd2O3 及び62.6% のZrO2である。
本触媒の触媒性能は、実施例1の実験システムと同様に決定された。その際、H2S/MeOHのモル比=1.7、温度=375℃、反応器内の圧力を10気圧とした。
[実施例3]本発明に従って修飾されたアルミナに担持された酸化セリウムに基づく触媒の存在下における、メタノールからのメタンチオールの製造
カリウムにより修飾されたアルミナに担持された触媒Cat3の調製:
担持された触媒Cat3は、比表面積が171m2・g-1の工業用のアルミナ100gについて、含浸と仮焼(calcination:空気中、450℃)とを続けて行うことにより合成される。含浸は、水酸化カリウム溶液(38g/L)及びその後の硝酸セリウム(III)溶液(1151g/L)を用いて行う。カリウム量は1.5重量%、酸化セリウム量は3.5重量%である。触媒の比表面積は、167m2・g-1のである。
これらの触媒の触媒性能は、実施例2に示したのと同一の実験条件において決定された。
Claims (12)
- 固体触媒の存在下において、Rがアルキル基を示すとき、硫化水素を式ROHの物質と気相触媒反応させることにより式RSHの物質を調製する方法において、
反応は、1つ又は複数の純粋な又は混合物である希土類酸化物、1つ又は複数の純粋な又は混合物である希土類硫化物、1つ又は複数の純粋な又は混合物である希土類酸硫化物を含むか又はこれからなる触媒の存在下にて行われ、
前記希土類がランタンの場合、前記触媒はランタンと、希土類又は希土類ではない金属から選ばれたものとの混合酸化物であり、前記希土類がセリウムの場合、前記触媒は担持されることを特徴とする調製方法。 - 請求項1の調製方法において、
前記触媒は、
希土類の単一酸化物又は複数の混合酸化物、
単一又は複数の希土類と、少なくとも1つの希土類ではない他の金属との混合酸化物、
希土類の単一硫化物又は複数の混合硫化物、
単一又は複数の希土類と、少なくとも1つの希土類ではない他の金属との混合硫化物、
希土類の単一酸硫化物又は複数の混合酸硫化物、
単一又は複数の希土類と、少なくとも1つの希土類ではない他の金属との混合酸硫化物、
及び、
前記混合酸化物、前記金剛流化物並びに前記混合酸硫化物の混合物、
から選ばれることを特徴とする調製方法。 - 請求項1又は2の調製方法において、
前記希土類ではない金属は、ジルコニウムであることを特徴とする調製方法。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記触媒は、1つ又は複数の希土類以外の金属酸化物を含むことを特徴とする調製方法。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1つの調製方法において、
前記触媒は担持されることを特徴とする調製方法。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか1つの調製方法において、
前記触媒は、アルミナに担持されており、当該アルミナは前処理されていてもされていなくても良いことを特徴とする調製方法。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか1つの調製方法において、
気相における硫化水素によるメタノールの触媒水硫化によってメタンチオールが調製されることを特徴とする調製方法。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1つの調製方法において、
前記触媒は、ランタン、セリウム、ネオジウム及びジルコニウムの混合酸化物からなるか又はこれを含んでおり、ジルコニウム及びセリウムの酸化物の割合が支配的であることを特徴とする調整方法。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1つの調製方法において、
前記触媒は、酸化セリウムからなるか又はこれを含んでおり、0.1%から50%(m/m)の範囲、望ましくは0.5%から30%の範囲でアルミナに担持され、当該アルミナは、0.1%から20%(m/m)の範囲、望ましくは0.5%から10%、更に望ましくは0.5%から5%の範囲でカリウムが含浸されていることを特徴とする調製方法。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか1つの調製方法において、
前記硫化水素とROH物質とのモル比は、0.5と20との間であり、望ましくは1と15との間であり、更に望ましくは1と10との間であることを特徴とする調製方法。 - 請求項1~10のいずれか1つの調製方法において、
反応は、200℃と450℃との間、望ましくは250℃と420℃との間、より望ましくは275℃と400℃との間において行い、
有利には、2気圧と20気圧との間、望ましくは5気圧と15気圧との間、より望ましくは7気圧と14気圧との間において行い、
ROH物質の触媒との接触時間は0.1秒から60秒の間であることを特徴とする調製方法。 - 請求項1~11のいずれか1つの調製方法において、
前記反応は硫化ジメチルを発生させ、且つ、前記硫化ジメチルをメタンチオールとする触媒転換反応を更に行うことと特徴とする調製方法。
