Claims (14)
- 揮発性物質が吸着される吸着剤が充填されるようにする内部構造を有するチューブと、
前記チューブの外周面に接着される耐熱性面状発熱体を含む発熱層と、
前記発熱層の外周面に形成される電極層とを含む、試料濃縮チューブ。 - 前記チューブは、電気絶縁性材質であるか、または発熱層が形成されるチューブの外周面が電気絶縁層を含む、請求項1に記載の試料濃縮チューブ。
- 前記チューブは、内周面部および外周面部を含む管状構造を有し、
前記内周面部は、金属材質であり、前記外周面部は、前記内周面部が陽極酸化して金属酸化物で形成される電気絶縁層である、請求項2に記載の試料濃縮チューブ。 - 前記チューブの内部は、吸着剤を固定するための、多数の空隙が形成された耐熱性のガス透過性密閉部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の試料濃縮チューブ。
- 前記発熱層は、前記チューブの外周面を包む管状に形成され、前記電極層は、前記発熱層の外周面を包む管状に形成される、請求項1に記載の試料濃縮チューブ。
- 前記電極層は、第1電極層および第2電極層を含み、前記第1電極層および前記第2電極層は、互いに離隔して前記発熱層の両端部に形成される、請求項5に記載の試料濃縮チューブ。
- 前記発熱層は、カーボンナノチューブおよびカーボンナノチューブ-金属複合体から選択されるいずれか一つ以上を含む面状発熱体を含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブ-金属複合体の金属は、銀、白金、金、銅、ニッケル、鉄、コバルトおよびアルミニウムから選択されるいずれか一つまたは二つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の試料濃縮チューブ。 - 前記発熱層は、シート抵抗が2~15Ω/sqである、請求項7に記載の試料濃縮チューブ。
- 前記発熱層の平均厚さは20~100μmである、請求項1に記載の試料濃縮チューブ。
- 前記チューブの外周面上または内周面上に備えられる温度測定部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の試料濃縮チューブ。
- 前記チューブの内周面上に揮発性物質が吸着または脱着されるようにする吸着剤が備えられる、請求項1に記載の試料濃縮チューブ。
- 請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の試料濃縮チューブを含む、揮発性物質の分析装置。
- チューブの外周面上または内周面上に備えられる温度測定部を含む前記試料濃縮チューブと、
前記試料濃縮チューブから試料が流入される検出部と、
前記温度測定部から前記チューブの内部の温度に対する測定値を受信し、前記測定値を既設定値と比較して、電極層に印加される電力を調節する制御部とを含む、請求項12に記載の揮発性物質の分析装置。 - 請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の試料濃縮チューブを用いる揮発性物質の分析方法であって、
s1)濃縮しようとする試料に適する吸着剤が前記チューブの内部に収容されるステップと、
s2)多数の空隙が形成された耐熱性のガス透過性密閉部材で前記チューブの開放部が密閉されるステップと、
s3)試料を含むガスが前記チューブの内部を通過し、前記吸着剤に前記試料が吸着および濃縮されるステップと、
s4)前記電極層に電圧が印加されて、前記吸着剤から濃縮試料が熱脱着されるステップと、
s5)前記熱脱着された濃縮試料が検出部に流入されて分析されるステップとを含む、揮発性物質の分析方法。
