Claims (8)
- 각종 유해가스를 샘플링하기 위한 시료분석장치의 전단에 구비되어, 상기 시료포집부로부터 시료분석장치로 유입되는 시료를 흡착을 통해 농축시켜 미세 악취물질 및 휘발성 유기화합물질의 분석율을 향상시키고, 부가 반응을 억제하여 정확한 시료의 수득할 수 있도록 상기 스위칭밸브에 그 일단이 결합되고, 그 타단은 시료분석장치에 결합된 흡착관과;상기 흡착관이 그 내부를 관통하게 장착되어 흡착관에 일정온도의 열을 발열시켜 내부에 흡착된 시료를 상기 시료분석장치로 탈착시키는 열탈착수단으로 이루어진 흡착트랩이 상기 시료포집장치에 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 악취물질 및 휘발성 유기화합물질의 농축을 위한 흡착트랩이 구비된 시료포집장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열탈착수단은 100℃이하의 저온 열탈착을 수행하는 펠티어 트랩인 것을 특징으로 하는 악취물질 및 휘발성 유기화합물질의 농축을 위한 흡착트랩이 구비된 시료포집장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착관의 내부에는 시료를 포집하는 흡착제층과; 그 흡착제층의 전단에 위치되어 흡착제층으로 유입되는 고분자 탄화수소를 제거하기 위한 가드흡착트랩으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 악취물질 및 휘발성 유기화합물질의 농축을 위한 흡착트랩이 구비된 시료포집장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제층은 메쉬 사이즈 35 내지 60인 실리카겔로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 악취물질 및 휘발성 유기화합물질의 농축을 위한 흡착트랩이 구비된 시료포집장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가드흡착트랩은 실리카겔과 카보팩-C를 7:1의 비율로 혼합되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 악취물질 및 휘발성 유기화합물질의 농축을 위한 흡착트랩이 구비된 시료포집장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가드흡착트랩은 실리카겔과 카보팩-C, 글라스비드가 7:1:3의 비율로 혼합되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 악취물질 및 휘발성 유기화합물질의 농축을 위한 흡착트랩이 구비된 시료포집장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가드흡착트랩과 흡착관의 갭에는 글라스울이 덮혀지게 구성되어 가드흡착트랩과 흡착관의 갭을 통해 탄화수소가 유출되는 것을 차단하게 된 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 악취물질 및 휘발성 유기화합물질의 농축을 위한 흡착트랩이 구비된 시료포집장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 실라카겔은 일정시간 산(Acid)에 침지처리되어 시료가 실리카겔에 포함된 금속성분이나 불순물과 반응하는 것을 방지하도록 처리된 것 을 특징으로 하는 악취물질 및 휘발성 유기화합물질의 농축을 위한 흡착트랩이 구비된 시료포집장치.
