Claims (3)
- 불활성가스인 크립톤가스로 충전되어 10.6eV 에너지의 자외선을 방출하는 자외선(UV:Ultra Violet)램프(10):와상기 자외선(UV:Ultra Violet)램프(10)의 전면에 설치되며 절연체(20)에 의해 서로 절연되는 양극(30) 및 음극(40):을 포함하며,상기 자외선램프에 의해서 이온화된 화합물질(50)을 감지하는 광이온화센서(PID:Photo-Ionization Detector)부(100);와상기 광이온화센서부를 통과하여 이온화된 화합물질(50)이 다시 원물질로 전환되도록 지연시키는 지연부(200);와상기 지연부를 통과한 화합물질(50)을 포집하는 포집부(300);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광이온화센서를 이용한 화합물질 측정기기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 지연부(200)는 나선관으로 구성되어 지연시간을 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광이온화센서를 이용한 화합물질 측정기기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 포집부(300)는 활성탄, 실리카겔, 산화알루미늄, 산화마그네슘 중 어느하나로 채워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광이온화센서를 이용한 화합물질 측정기기.
