Abstract
Description
本試験例においては、ウルソール酸を含む飼料添加剤が飼料効率に及ぼす影響を確認するものである。本試験例における試験家畜は、総288頭のデュロック(Duroc)×ヨークシャー(Yorkshir)×ランドレース(Landrace)三元交配種育成豚であり、試験開始段階において、それらの平均体重は、37.73±2.14kgであった。該仕様試験は、CJ第一製糖系所属であるCJ豚豚ファーム法人の農場である完州農場で36日間実施した。試験設計としては、CJ第一製糖基本飼料処理区(対照区)、及び前記基本飼料に、飼料全体重量を基準に、25ppmのウルソール酸が添加された試験飼料処理区(実施例1)を設定した。すなわち、前記試験飼料の処理区は、基本飼料に、本試験例による飼料添加剤を添加した処理区であり、前記飼料添加剤全体重量を基準に、17,000ppmのウルソール酸を含む飼料添加剤を使用した。前記飼料添加剤は、既存の天然物内ウルソール酸の含量を測定した後、それに基づき、ウルソール酸含量を調節し、必要な場合、天然物から抽出したウルソール酸を追加する方式によって製造された。各処理区に、4回の反復試験を実施し、各試験に、24頭ずつ完全任意配置して試験を実施した。基本飼料としては、米国仕様標準指針(NRC)を基にし、2,510kcal NE(net energy(正味エネルギー))/kg、17.00重量%のタンパク質、及び0.93重量%のリシンを含む家畜用飼料を使用した。前記飼料は、粉飼料の形態で、自由採食させ、水は、自動給水機を利用して提供した。その後、各時点において、試験家畜の体重及び飼料摂取量を測定し、日当たり増体量(ADG:average daily gain)、日当たり飼料摂取量(ADFI:average daily feed intake)及び飼料要求率(FCR:feed conversion ratios)を算出した。前記飼料要求率は、飼料重量対体重増加量の比率を意味し、SAS(1996)のGeneral Linear Model Procedureプログラムを使用し、処理区平均間の有意性を検定した。
本試験例においては、ウルソール酸及び/またはマスリン酸を含む飼料添加剤が、飼料効率、枝肉歩留率、及び背中脂肪のレベルに及ぼす影響を確認するものである。本試験例における試験家畜は、総120頭のデュロック×ヨークシャー×ランドレース三元交配種育成豚/肥育豚であり、試験開始の段階において、それらの平均体重は、43.3kg±0.9kgであった。該仕様試験は、忠南大学校付設の試験農場において、用役評価として、67日間実施した。試験設計としては、下記表2から分かるように、CJ第一製糖の基本飼料の処理区(対照区)、前記基本飼料に、飼料全体重量を基準に、25ppmまたは50ppmのウルソール酸が添加された試験飼料処理区(実施例2または3)、及び前記基本飼料に、飼料全体重量を基準に、25ppmのウルソール酸及び10ppbのマスリン酸が添加された試験飼料処理区(実施例4)を設定した。前記試験飼料の処理区は、基本飼料に、本試験例による飼料添加剤を添加した処理区であり、前記飼料添加剤の全体重量を基準に、17,000ppmのウルソール酸、または5,500ppmのマスリン酸を含む飼料添加剤を使用した。前記飼料添加剤は、既存の天然物内のウルソール酸またはマスリン酸の含量を測定した後、それに基づき、それらの含量を調節し、必要な場合、天然物から抽出したウルソール酸またはマスリン酸を追加する方式によって製造された。各処理区ごとに、6回の反復試験を実施し、各試験ごとに、4頭ずつ完全任意配置して試験を実施した。基本飼料としては、米国仕様標準指針(NRC)を基にし、2,510kcal NE(net energy(正味エネルギー))/kg、17.00重量%のタンパク質、及び0.93重量%のリシンを含む家畜用飼料を使用した。前記飼料は、粉飼料の形態で自由採食させ、水は、自動給水機を利用して提供した。その後、各時点において、試験家畜の体重及び飼料摂取量を測定し、日当たり増体量、日当たり飼料摂取量及び飼料効率を算出し、試験家畜を屠畜した後、枝肉歩留率、及び背中脂肪のレベルを測定した(NE(正味エネルギー))。また、SAS(1996)のGeneral Linear Model Procedureプログラムを使用し、処理区平均間の有意性を検定した。
本試験例においては、前記試験例2の飼料添加剤に、必須アミノ酸成分を追加した場合、それによる飼料の効率、枝肉歩留率の上昇、及び背中脂肪の低減を確認するものである。本試験例における試験家畜は、総288頭のデュロック×ヨークシャー×ランドレース三元交配種肥育豚であり、試験開始段階において、それらの平均体重は、70.6kg±2.5kgであった。該仕様試験は、CJ第一製糖系所属であるCJ豚豚ファーム法人の農場である完州農場において、42日間実施した。試験設計としては、下記表4から分かるように、CJ第一製糖基本飼料の処理区(対照区)、前記基本飼料に、50ppmのウルソール酸及び20ppbのマスリン酸が添加された試験飼料の処理区(実施例5)、前記試験飼料に、0.13%(w/w)のリシンが添加された試験飼料処理区(実施例6)を設定した。前記試験飼料の処理区は、基本飼料に、本試験例による飼料添加剤を添加した処理区であり、前記飼料添加剤の全体重量を基準に、17,000ppmのウルソール酸、または5,500ppmのマスリン酸を含む飼料添加剤を使用した。前記飼料添加剤は、既存の天然物内ウルソール酸またはマスリン酸の含量を測定した後、それに基づき、それらの含量を調節し、必要な場合、天然物から抽出したウルソール酸またはマスリン酸を追加する方式によって製造された。また、前記試験飼料に、更に0.13%のリシンを添加し、実施例6の試験飼料を製造した。各処理区に、4回の反復試験を実施し、各試験に、24頭ずつ完全任意配置して試験を実施した。基本飼料としては、米国仕様標準指針(NRC)を基にし、2,510kcal NE(net energy(正味エネルギー))/kg、17.00重量%のタンパク質、及び0.93重量%のリシンを含む家畜用飼料を使用した。前記飼料は、粉飼料の形態で自由採食させ、水は、自動給水機を利用して提供した。その後、各時点において、試験家畜の体重及び飼料摂取量を測定し、日当たり増体量、日当たり飼料摂取量及び飼料効率を算出し、試験家畜を屠畜した後、枝肉歩留率及び背中脂肪のレベルを測定した(NE(正味エネルギー))。また、SAS(1996)のGeneral Linear Model Procedureプログラムを使用し、処理区平均間の有意性を検定した。
Claims (8)
- ウルソール酸またはその塩を含む、飼料添加剤組成物。
- 前記飼料添加剤組成物の全体重量を基準に、前記ウルソール酸またはその塩を11,000ないし25,000ppmで含む、請求項1に記載の飼料添加剤組成物。
- マスリン酸またはその塩を更に含む、請求項1に記載の飼料添加剤組成物。
- 前記飼料添加剤組成物の全体重量を基準に、前記マスリン酸40ないし10,000ppmで含む、請求項3に記載の飼料添加剤組成物。
- 前記ウルソール酸及びマスリン酸は、1:1ないし3,000:1の重量比で含む、請求項3に記載の飼料添加剤組成物。
- 請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項に記載の飼料添加剤組成物を含む、飼料組成物。
- 前記飼料組成物は、リシン、トレオニン、トリプトファン、メチオニン及びバリンからなる群から選択されるいずれか1以上の必須アミノ酸を更に含む、請求項6に記載の飼料組成物。
- 前記飼料組成物の全体重量を基準に、前記必須アミノ酸を0.05ないし5%(w/w)で含む、請求項7に記載の飼料組成物。
