Abstract
Description
(1)PTPブリスター包装材の製造
イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸、及び(C2~C3のアルキレン)ジオールを共重合させて製造した固有粘度0.76dl/gのPET系共重合体(熱分解温度:300℃以上、融点:240℃以上、相対密度:1.38~1.46g/cm3を含む第1樹脂を準備した。
前記PTPブリスター包装材、すなわち、配合物を結晶化器に投入した後、ブロアヒータ温度225~230℃で4時間の間、結晶化工程を遂行した。
前記実施例1と同一の方法でシート形PTPブリスター包装体を製造するが、下記表1のように包装材製造に使用される第1樹脂、第2樹脂、及びマスターバッチの組成及び組成比を異にしてPTPブリスター包装材を各々製造した後、これを利用してシート形PTPブリスター包装体を製造して実施例2~6及び比較例1~6を各々実施した。
前記実施例1~6及び比較例1~6で製造したPTPブリスター包装体に対する比重、引張強度、衝撃強度、熱伝導率、及び破断点を測定し、その結果を下記表2に示す。

- 固有粘度(Intrinsic Viscosity)0.70~0.78dl/gのPET系共重合体を含む第1樹脂、固有粘度0.80~0.85dl/gのPET系共重合体を含む第2樹脂、及びマスターバッチを含むPTP(Press through package)ブリスター包装材。
- 第1樹脂及び第2樹脂のPET系共重合体は、固有粘度の差が0.06~0.02dl/gであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPTPブリスター包装材。
- 前記第1樹脂のPET系共重合体は、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸、及び(C1~C5のアルキレン)ジオールの共重合体を含み、
前記第2樹脂のPET系共重合体は、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸、及びエチレングリコールジオールの共重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPTPブリスター包装材。 - 前記第1樹脂のPET系共重合体は、熱分解温度(Decomposition temperature)300℃以上、融点(melting point)240℃以上、及び相対密度(Relative density)1.36~1.50g/cm3であり、
前記第2樹脂のPET系共重合体は、熱分解温度300℃以上、融点240℃以上、及び相対密度1.38~1.40g/cm3であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPTPブリスター包装材。 - 前記第2樹脂18~25重量%、前記マスターバッチ5~15重量%、及び残量の第1樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPTPブリスター包装材。
- 前記マスターバッチは、分散剤0.5~2.0重量%、分解剤0.5~3.0重量%、及び残量のPET系共重合体樹脂を含み、
前記PET系共重合体樹脂は、前記第2樹脂と同一の樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のPTPブリスター包装材。 - 前記分散剤は、ZnO、ポリエチレンワックス(polyethylene wax)、及び界面活性剤(surfactant)のうち、選択された1種以上を含み、
前記分解剤は、ジクミルペルオキシド(Dicumyl peroxide)、ナトリウム粉末、亜鉛粉末、ゼオライト粉末、炭酸カルシウム、及び(C1~C4のアルキレン)ビスステアロアミド((C1~C4 alkylene) bis stearamide)を重合させて製造した重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のPTPブリスター包装材。 - 前記重合体は、ジクミルペルオキシド5~8重量%、ナトリウム粉末3~6重量%、亜鉛粉末5~10重量%、ゼオライト粉末8~12重量%、炭酸カルシウム0.1~1.0重量%、及び残量の(C1~C4のアルキレン)ビスステアロアミドを重合させて製造したことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のPTPブリスター包装材。
- 請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか一項のPTPブリスター包装材を加工したフィルム形態またはシート形態であることを特徴とするPTPブリスター包装体。
- 請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか一項のPTPブリスター包装材を配合して配合物を製造する第1段階;
前記配合物を結晶化器に投入した後、結晶化工程を遂行する第2段階;
結晶化工程を遂行した配合物を乾燥機に投入した後、乾燥工程を遂行する第3段階;
乾燥工程を遂行した配合物を成形工程を遂行してフィルム化またはシート化された成形物を製造する第4段階;及び
前記成形物をローリング(rolling)させて包装する第5段階;を含む工程を遂行することを特徴とするPTPブリスター包装体の製造方法。
