Description
グラウンドライン３２０Ｇは、導体層３０２に形成されたグラウンドパターン３６４Ｇと、電源装置１４０に近接して配置されたグラウンドヴィア３５４Ｇと、を有する。グラウンドパターン３６４Ｇに含まれるパッドには、電源装置１４０のグラウンド端子１４０２が接合されている。グラウンドパターン３６４Ｇは、グラウンドヴィア３５４Ｇに接触することでグラウンドヴィア３５４Ｇにつながれている。
抵抗器５１Ｒ及びコンデンサ５１Ｃ，５２，５３は、半導体装置２００を実装するプリント配線板３００の主面３１１とは反対の主面３１２に実装される場合について説明したが、これに限定するものではない。また、プリント配線板３００のグラウンドパターン３５０Ｇは、内層の導体層３０３に配置される場合について説明したが、これに限定するものはない。グラウンドライン３２０Ｇが極力低いインピーダンスとなれば、グラウンドライン３２０Ｇは、どのような配線構造であってもよい。
上述の実施形態では、電子機器として、デジタルカメラ等の撮像装置に、本発明の電子モジュールを適用した場合について説明したが、これに限定するものではない。本発明の電子モジュールは、電子機器として、例えばモバイル機器、車載機器、画像形成装置等についても適用可能である。画像形成装置には、例えばプリンタ、複写機、ファクシミリ及びこれらの機能を備えた複合機等が含まれる。
