Claims (30)
- 流入端部および流出端部を備え、径方向潰れ構成と径方向拡張構成との間で径方向に潰れ可能および拡張可能である環状のフレームであって、開口を画定する複数のストラットを備える環状のフレームと、
前記フレーム内に取り付けられ、前記フレームを通過する血流を調整する複数の弁尖を備える弁構造体であって、各弁尖が、流入表面と、流出表面と、前記フレームに対して固定される弁尖エッジ部分とを備える、弁構造体と、
前記フレーム上に取り付けられ、内方層および外方層を備える封止部材であって、少なくとも前記外方層は、前記フレームの外部上に取り付けられ、前記内方層は、少なくとも、隣接し合う弁尖の隣接し合う弁尖部分間において前記フレームの前記開口を覆い、前記内方層は、前記弁尖の前記流出表面に対面する位置にて前記フレームの1つまたは複数の開口を覆わないことにより、前記フレームの前記1つまたは複数の覆われない開口を通り前記外方層と前記フレームとの間の空間内に逆行性血液が流入することを許容する、封止部材と
を備える、人工心臓弁。 - 前記弁尖の前記弁尖エッジ部分は、湾曲扇形状を有し、前記封止部材の前記内方層は、隣接し合う弁尖の隣接し合う弁尖エッジ部分間の位置に、前記フレーム上に取り付けられる複数の三角形状部分を備える、請求項1に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記内方層は、前記弁尖の前記流出表面に対面する位置にて前記フレーム中のいかなる開口も覆わない、請求項2に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記内方層は、前記フレームの外方表面上に取り付けられる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記内方層は、前記フレームの内方表面上に取り付けられる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記外方層は、前記フレームが前記径方向拡張構成にある場合に、前記フレームから離れるように径方向に延在するように形状固定される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記外方層は、形状固定繊維を含む、請求項6に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記外方層は、入口端部から出口端部への方向へと前記フレームから外方に延在する下方テーパ状壁部セクションと、前記出口端部から前記入口端部への方向へと前記フレームから外方に延在する上方テーパ状壁部セクションと、前記下方テーパ状壁部セクションと前記上方テーパ状壁部セクションとの間に延在する中央壁部セクションとを備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 各弁尖の前記弁尖エッジ部分は、前記フレームおよび前記弁尖の前記弁尖エッジ部分に連結され前記フレームと前記弁尖の前記弁尖エッジ部分との間に配設される連結スカートにより、前記フレームに対して固定され、各連結スカートが、前記フレームの入口端部から出口端部へと対角線方向に延在する前記フレームのストラットに対して縫合される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 各連結スカートが、弁尖の前記弁尖エッジ部分に対しておよび前記フレームのストラットに対して縫合された2つの材料層を備える、請求項9に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 各弁尖が、前記弁尖の両側に位置する対向し合う上方タブを、および前記上方タブの下方の前記弁尖の両側部に位置する対向し合う下方タブを備え、各上方タブが、隣接する弁尖の隣接する上方タブと対をなして複数の交連部を形成し、各下方タブが、前記各弁尖の前記弁尖エッジ部分に沿って少なくとも1つの折畳み層を形成するように折りたたまれる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 各弁尖が、前記上方タブと前記下方タブとの間の位置にて前記フレームに対して装着されない、請求項11に記載の人工心臓弁。

前記フレーム内に取り付けられ、前記フレームを通過する血流を調整する複数の弁尖を備える弁構造体であって、各弁尖が、前記弁尖の両側に位置する対向し合う上方タブと、前記上方タブの下方の前記弁尖の両側に位置する対向し合う下方タブと、前記下方タブ同士の間に延在する弁尖エッジ部分とを備え、前記弁尖エッジ部分は、前記フレームに対して固定され、各上方タブが、隣接する弁尖の隣接する上方タブと対をなして、前記フレームに対して固定された複数の交連部を形成し、各下方タブが、前記各弁尖の前記弁尖エッジ部分に沿って少なくとも1つの折畳み層を形成するように折りたたまれる、弁構造体と
を備える、人工心臓弁。 - 前記上方タブと前記下方タブとの間の前記弁尖の対向し合う側部エッジが、前記フレームに対して装着されない、請求項15に記載の人工心臓弁。

- 前記フレーム上に取り付けられ、内方層および外方層を備える封止部材であって、少なくとも前記外方層は、前記フレームの外部上に取り付けられ、前記内方層は、少なくとも、隣接し合う弁尖の隣接し合う弁尖エッジ部分間において前記フレーム中の開口を覆い、前記内方層は、前記フレーム中の前記開口を通り前記外方層と前記フレームとの間の空間内に逆行性血液が流入することを許容するように、前記弁尖の流出表面に対面する位置にて覆われない領域を有する、封止部材をさらに備える、請求項15から17のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
