Description
前記クラッチ装置は、径方向内側に位置する内側円筒部を有するクラッチハブと、前記内側円筒部の前記径方向外側に配置された外側円筒部を有するクラッチドラムと、前記内側円筒部と前記外側円筒部との間で摺動可能に設けられた摩擦板と、前記摩擦板を軸方向の一方側から押圧するピストンと、前記ピストンを前記摩擦板方向に付勢する作動油が供給される油圧室とを備え、
前記クラッチドラムは、前記外側円筒部の前記軸方向の一方側の端部から径方向内側に延びる円板状の第1径方向部と、前記第1径方向部の径方向内側の端部から前記軸方向の他方側に延びる櫛歯状の軸方向部と、前記軸方向部の前記軸方向の他方側の端部から径方向内側に延びる円板状の第2径方向部とを有し、
前記ピストンは、前記第1径方向部と前記摩擦板との間に配置されて前記摩擦板を押圧する押圧部と、前記押圧部よりも径方向内側に延びる円板状のピストン径方向部とを有し、
前記油圧室は、前記クラッチドラムの前記軸方向部よりも径方向内側、かつ、前記ピストン径方向部の反摩擦板側に設けられ、
前記ピストン径方向部の径方向中間部には櫛歯部が設けられると共に、前記軸方向部と前記ピストン径方向部とが互いに櫛歯状に交差する自動変速機を提供する。
前記ベアリング部は、前記軸方向部と前記第2の軸方向部との間で、前記軸方向部と前記第2の軸方向部と軸方向にオーバーラップして配置されてもよい。

Claims (7)
- クラッチ装置を備えた自動変速機であって、
前記クラッチ装置は、径方向内側に位置する内側円筒部を有するクラッチハブと、前記内側円筒部の前記径方向外側に配置された外側円筒部を有するクラッチドラムと、前記内側円筒部と前記外側円筒部との間で摺動可能に設けられた摩擦板と、前記摩擦板を軸方向の一方側から押圧するピストンと、前記ピストンを前記摩擦板方向に付勢する作動油が供給される油圧室とを備え、
前記クラッチドラムは、前記外側円筒部の前記軸方向の一方側の端部から径方向内側に延びる円板状の第1径方向部と、前記第1径方向部の径方向内側の端部から前記軸方向の他方側に延びる櫛歯状の軸方向部と、前記軸方向部の前記軸方向の他方側の端部から径方向内側に延びる円板状の第2径方向部とを有し、
前記ピストンは、前記第1径方向部と前記摩擦板との間に配置されて前記摩擦板を押圧する押圧部と、前記押圧部よりも径方向内側に延びる円板状のピストン径方向部とを有し、
前記油圧室は、前記クラッチドラムの前記軸方向部よりも径方向内側、かつ、前記ピストン径方向部の反摩擦板側に設けられ、
前記ピストン径方向部の径方向中間部には櫛歯部が設けられると共に、前記軸方向部と前記ピストン径方向部とが互いに櫛歯状に交差する自動変速機。 - 前記クラッチドラムは、前記外側円筒部と前記第1径方向部と前記軸方向部とを備えた外周側クラッチドラムと、前記第2径方向部を備えると共に前記外周側クラッチドラムの径方向の内端部に取り付けられた内周側クラッチドラムとを備える請求項1に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記クラッチドラムと前記ピストンとは三次元積層造形法により形成された三次元積層造形品である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記ピストンは、前記油圧室に供給される作動油の圧力を受ける受圧部と、前記ピストン径方向部の径方向中間部よりも径方向内側の部分と前記受圧部との間に配置されたベアリング部とを有する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記ベアリング部は、前記ピストンの前記押圧部よりも径方向内側で、前記押圧部と軸方向にオーバーラップして配置されている請求項4に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記ベアリング部は、前記軸方向部の径方向内側で、前記軸方向部と軸方向にオーバーラップして配置されている請求項4又は請求項5に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記クラッチドラムは、前記第2径方向部の径方向内側の端部から軸方向一方側に延びると共に、前記軸方向部と軸方向にオーバーラップする他の軸方向部を備え、
前記ベアリング部は、前記軸方向部と前記他の軸方向部との間で、前記軸方向部と前記他の軸方向部と軸方向にオーバーラップして配置されている請求項4から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機。
