Abstract
【解決手段】油圧クラッチの給油構造は、油圧クラッチに結合される動力伝達軸と、前記動力伝達軸に挿入される弁体と、前記弁体を付勢するバネと、を備える。前記弁体は、動力伝達軸の軸線方向に向いて油圧油路の油圧を受ける受圧面と、前記動力伝達軸の潤滑孔に連通可能なポートと、を有する。前記バネは、前記受圧面が受ける油圧に抗して前記弁体を前記油圧油路側に向けて付勢する。クラッチ作動油圧の変化によって、前記弁体が前記軸線方向に移動して前記ポートと前記クラッチ潤滑孔との間の連通の開度が変化する。

Claims (6)
- 互いに隣り合う複数の摩擦プレートと、前記摩擦プレートを押圧可能なピストンと、クラッチ切断状態とクラッチ接続状態とを互いに切り替えるため前記ピストンに付与されるクラッチ作動油圧が導入される油圧導入路と、前記摩擦プレートを潤滑するための潤滑油が導入される潤滑油導入路と、を有する油圧クラッチと、
前記油圧クラッチに結合される動力伝達軸と、
前記動力伝達軸に挿入される弁体と、
前記弁体を付勢するバネと、を備え、
前記動力伝達軸は、
前記クラッチ作動油圧が付与される油圧入口と、
前記潤滑油が供給される潤滑油入口と、
前記油圧入口に連通した油圧油路と、前記潤滑油入口に連通した潤滑油路とを含み、前記動力伝達軸の軸線方向に延びた内部油路と、
前記油圧油路から前記動力伝達軸の径方向外方に延び、前記油圧導入路に連通した油圧孔と、
前記潤滑油路から前記動力伝達軸の径方向外方に延び、前記潤滑油導入路に連通した潤滑孔と、を有し、
前記弁体は、前記軸線方向に移動可能に前記内部油路に挿入されて前記油圧油路と前記潤滑油路とを仕切り、前記軸線方向に向いて前記油圧油路の油圧を受ける受圧面と、前記潤滑孔に連通可能なポートと、を有し、
前記バネは、前記受圧面が受ける油圧に抗して前記弁体を前記油圧油路側に向けて付勢し、
前記クラッチ作動油圧の変化によって、前記弁体が前記軸線方向に移動して前記ポートと前記クラッチ潤滑孔との間の連通の開度が変化する、油圧クラッチの給油構造。 - 前記弁体は、前記クラッチ切断状態のときに前記開度が最小となる位置に配置されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の油圧クラッチの給油構造。
- 前記クラッチ接続状態は、クラッチ完全接続状態及びクラッチ半接続状態を含み、
前記弁体及び前記バネは、前記クラッチ半接続状態における前記開度が前記クラッチ完全接続状態における前記開度よりも大きくなるように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の油圧クラッチの給油構造。 - 前記油圧クラッチは、
前記油圧導入路に連通し、前記ピストンに前記摩擦プレートを押圧させる油圧が付与される閉空間のピストン室と、
前記潤滑油導入路に連通し、前記軸線方向において前記ピストンに対して前記ピストン室の反対側に配置された閉空間のキャンセラ室と、を更に有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧クラッチの給油構造。 - 前記動力伝達軸は、入力軸、出力軸、及び、前記入力軸から前記出力軸に動力伝達する変速ギヤを有するギヤ変速機の前記入力軸であり、
前記入力軸には、前記潤滑油路から前記入力軸の径方向外方に延び、前記変速ギヤに潤滑油を供給するギヤ潤滑孔が形成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧クラッチの給油構造。 - 前記バネによる前記弁体の前記油圧油路側への移動を規制するストッパを更に備え、
前記バネ、前記弁体及び前記ストッパが、この順に、前記潤滑油路側から前記油圧油路側に向けて並んでおり、
前記クラッチ作動油圧が前記油圧油路に付与されて前記受圧面に作用すると、前記弁体が前記バネに抗して前記ストッパから離れるように移動する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の油圧クラッチの給油構造。
