Claims (10)
- 支持層(2)と滑り層(3)とを含み、滑り層(3)に少なくとも1つの潤滑剤溝(5)が形成されている滑り軸受要素において、
前記潤滑剤溝(5)の少なくとも一部が表面構造を備えた表面を有し、該表面構造は複数の凹部(7)を有することを特徴とする、滑り軸受要素(1)。 - 前記凹部(7)は、平面図で見て、0.1〜60mmの範囲から選択された最大直径(9)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記凹部(7)は0.1〜20mmの間の最大深さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記凹部(7)は、平面図で見て、円形又は楕円形又は涙滴形の断面形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記凹部(7)は球冠状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記複数の凹部(7)が滑り層(3)の円周方向(11)に相前後して配置されて波形表面構造が形成されていること、及び必要に応じて前記波形表面構造内に潤滑剤を入れるための少なくとも1つの半径方向孔(13)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記半径方向孔(13)は前記波形表面構造の波の山に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記凹部(7)の縁領域(15)が凸状に丸みを帯びていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記潤滑剤溝(5)は少なくとも部分的に滑り層(3)の半径方向の厚さに対応する深さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 隣り合う凹部(7)間の最大間隔(10)は0.1〜60mmの範囲から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
