Claims (13)
- 再生可能な収着材料の回転する塊を含む収着床システムを使用して、プロセス流体流の収着質濃度を減少させる方法であって、
運転サイクルにおいて、所定の体積の収着剤塊が、第1ゾーンに戻る前に、第1、第2、第3、第4、および第5ゾーンを連続的に通過するように収着剤塊を回転させる工程、
前記第1ゾーン内の前記収着剤塊にプロセス流体流を通過させる工程、
前記第3ゾーン内の前記収着剤塊に再生流体流を通過させる工程、および
前記プロセス流体流と前記再生流体流とは関係なく、前記第4ゾーン内と前記第2ゾーン内の前記収着剤塊の間で、閉ループで単離流体流を再利用する工程、
を有してなり、
前記再生流体流は、前記第3ゾーンを通過する前に、前記第5ゾーンを通過する、方法。 - 前記第1、第4、および第5ゾーンの各々の中の流体流の方向が同じである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第2および第3ゾーンの各々の中の流体流の方向が同じである、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記第1、第4、および第5ゾーンの各々の中の流体流の方向が、前記第2および第3ゾーンの各々の中の流体流の方向と反対である、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記プロセス流体流を前記第1ゾーン内の前記収着剤塊に通過させた結果として、水蒸気、揮発性有機化合物、および亜酸化窒素からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの物質の濃度が減少している、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記再生流体流を前記第5ゾーンに最初に通過させることによって、該再生流体流を閉ループで再循環させる工程、および
前記再生流体流を、前記第5ゾーンを出た後であって、該再生流体流を前記第3ゾーンに通過させる前に、加熱する工程、
をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記プロセス流体流を実質的に閉ループで再循環させて、生成物を脱水するまたはその乾燥度を維持する工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 回転収着床システムにおいて、
再生可能な収着材料の回転する収着剤塊であって、運転サイクルにおいて、所定の体積が、第1ゾーンに戻る前に、第1、第2、第3、第4、および第5ゾーンを連続的に通過する収着剤塊、
前記第1ゾーンを通るように向けられるプロセス流体流、
前記第3ゾーンを通るように向けられる再生流体流、および
前記プロセス流体流と前記再生流体流とは関係なく、前記第2および第4ゾーンを通るように閉ループで再循環する単離流体流、
を含み、
前記再生流体流は、前記第3ゾーンを通過する前に、前記第5ゾーンを通過する、回転収着床システム。 - 前記プロセス流体流および前記再生流体流が、反対方向で前記収着剤塊に通過させられ、前記単離流体流が、該収着剤塊の回転方向に関して、該単離流体流の直後の流体流と同じ方向に該収着剤塊に通過させられる、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記第3ゾーンを通過する前に、前記再生流体流をさらに加熱するように、前記第5ゾーンと該第3ゾーンとの間で該再生流体流内に配置された加熱装置をさらに含む、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセス流体流が、前記再生流体流よりも高い圧力にある、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセス流体流が、前記再生流体流よりも低い圧力にある、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセス流体流が、生成物を脱水するまたはその乾燥度を維持するように、実質的に閉ループで再循環される、請求項8記載のシステム。
