Claims (6)
- 燃焼装置の発生する排ガスを、全熱交換器を通して温度と湿度を下げ、温度と湿度の下がった排ガスを二酸化炭素吸着ロータに通過させて二酸化炭素を除去した上で全熱交換器を通して全熱交換器の水蒸気を脱着した上で大気へ放出し、二酸化炭素吸着ロータを水蒸気で脱着し、脱着した後の多湿二酸化炭素を処理手段に送るようにしたことを特徴とする二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 全熱交換器を通して温度と湿度の下がったガスをさらに冷却器で温度と湿度を下げ、二酸化炭素吸着ロータに通すようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 全熱交換器は全熱交換ロータであり、さらにその吸着ゾーンと脱着ゾーンとの間に一対のパージゾーンを設け、前記一対のパージゾーンの間でガスを循環させる管路を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 全熱交換器を出たガスを除湿ロータに通し、前記除湿ロータで乾燥した空気を二酸化炭素吸着ロータに通すようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 除湿ロータを出た空気の一部を分岐して二酸化炭素吸着ロータのパージゾーンに通し、前記パージゾーンを通過したガスを加熱して前記二酸化炭素吸着ロータの脱着ゾーンに通すようにしたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
- 二酸化炭素吸着ロータは、第1及び第2の脱着ゾーンを有し、第1脱着ゾーンは蒸気脱着を行うようにし、前記第2脱着ゾーンは熱脱着を行うようにしたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の二酸化炭素回収装置。
