2 換気空調装置
Claims (7)
- 二酸化炭素やVOCガス等汚染質の吸着又は吸収機能を持つハニカムロータを有し、前記ハニカムロータを、少なくとも処理ゾーンと再生脱着ゾーンを備えるロータ回転装置内に配置して、処理空気を前記処理ゾーンに通して二酸化炭素等汚染質を除去して給気すると共に、再生脱着ゾーン入口に設けた熱交換器に水を直接噴霧又は滴下させて、生じた水膜を加熱蒸発させて発生させた飽和蒸気を導入して、二酸化炭素等汚染質を脱着して屋外に排出し、前記飽和蒸気が冷却によって前記ハニカムロータのハニカム内表面に吸湿または結露して、前記ハニカムロータが濡れたまたは湿った状態で前記ハニカムロータの回転により前記処理ゾーンに移動し、気化冷却現象が発生するようにしたことを特徴とする換気空調方法。
- 二酸化炭素やVOCガス等汚染質の吸着又は吸収機能を持つハニカムロータを有し、前記ハニカムロータを、少なくとも処理ゾーンと再生脱着ゾーンを備えるロータ回転装置内に配置して、処理空気を前記処理ゾーンに通して二酸化炭素等汚染質を除去して給気すると共に、再生脱着ゾーン入口に設けた熱交換器に水を直接噴霧又は滴下させて、生じた水膜を加熱蒸発させて発生させた飽和蒸気を導入して、二酸化炭素等汚染質を脱着して屋外に排出し、前記飽和蒸気が冷却によって前記ハニカムロータのハニカム内表面に吸湿または結露して、前記ハニカムロータが濡れたまたは湿った状態で前記ハニカムロータの回転により前記処理ゾーンに移動し、気化冷却現象が発生するようにしたことを特徴とする換気空調装置。
- 熱交換器が温水コイルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の換気空調装置。
- 熱交換器が直膨式ヒートポンプのコンデンサコイルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の換気空調装置。
- 熱交換器がプレート式の顕熱交換器であり、高温側に排ガスを通し、低温側に水をスプレー又は滴下させて飽和蒸気を発生させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の換気空調装置。
- 請求項3、4、5に記載の前記熱交換器から滴下した水を、ポンプでくみ上げて再度前記熱交換器に直接噴霧または滴下して循環させる請求項2に記載の換気空調装置。
- 脱着再生用の飽和蒸気を、前記飽和蒸気発生用の熱交換器の後段で、ロータの手前に設けたヒータで再熱して導入する請求項2に記載の換気空調装置。
