Claims (3)
- 外気を冷却し除湿する第1プレクーラと、第1プレクーラによって冷却された空気をさらに除湿する吸着ロータと、吸着ロータによって除湿した空気の一部を循環するリターン路と、吸着ロータによって除湿された空気の一部を外部に供給する外部供給路と、外部供給路の空気の二酸化炭素濃度を測定する二酸化炭素濃度センサとを有し、前記二酸化炭素濃度センサの出力に応じて前記吸着ロータの回転数を制御する制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする吸着式除湿装置。
- 前記制御手段にPID制御を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸着式除湿装置。
- 前記吸着ロータは、処理出口露点が一定のロータ回転数の範囲内で、二酸化炭素吸着量が変わることを特徴とする請求項1、2記載の吸着式除湿装置。
