Description
口空気の両方を用いて、室内の二酸化炭素を除去しながら、再生ゾーンの高濃度の二酸化炭素をビニルハウスに供給してもよい。例えば、本発明の吸収式除去・濃縮装置で、室内空気からヒトなどから発生した二酸化炭素を除去して低濃度にした処理出口空気でビルを空調し、二酸化炭素が高濃度になった再生出口空気をビルの屋上等に設けたビニルハウスに供給して植物の生長を促進させるといった、二酸化炭素の循環空調も可能となる。

Claims (11)
- アミン担持固体吸収剤に二酸化炭素を含有する処理対象空気を接触させて前記吸収剤に二酸化炭素を吸収させ、前記吸収剤に再生用空気を接触させて前記吸収剤から二酸化炭素を脱離させる事によって処理対象空気中の二酸化炭素を除去するものであって、前記処理対象空気のエンタルピーを調整する手段および前記再生用空気のエンタルピーを調整する手段の両方によって、前記処理対象空気のエンタルピーよりも前記再生用空気のエンタルピーを大きくする事によって、前記吸収剤から二酸化炭素を脱離させるようにし、前記再生用空気のエンタルピーと前記処理対象空気のエンタルピーの差を制御することにより、二酸化炭素除去量を制御するようにした吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記アミン担持固体吸収剤は、1級アミン或いは2級アミン、或いはその両方をスチレン系ゲル樹脂、或いは活性炭、或いはメソポーラスシリカに担持させたものである請求項1に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記処理対象空気のエンタルピーを調整する手段はヒートポンプのエバポレータであり、前記再生用空気のエンタルピーを調整する手段はヒートポンプのコンデンサである請求項1或いは請求項2に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記再生用空気のエンタルピーを調整する手段はヒートポンプのコンデンサに加湿装置を加えた請求項3に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記加湿装置は、ヒートポンプのエバポレータの凝縮水を利用するものである請求項4に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記アミン担持固体吸収剤はペレット状であり、前記アミン担持固体吸収剤ペレットの詰められたカラムに二酸化炭素を含有する処理対象空気を通過させる事によって、前記アミン担持固体吸収剤に前記処理対象空気を接触させ、前記カラムに前記処理対象空気よりもエンタルピーの大きな再生用空気を通過させる事によって前記アミン担持固体吸収剤から二酸化炭素を脱離させるようにした請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記アミン担持固体吸収剤はハニカムロータに担持されており、前記ハニカムロータを少なくとも処理ゾーンと再生ゾーンとに分割し、前記処理ゾーンに処理対象空気を流し、前記再生ゾーンには前記処理対象空気よりもエンタルピーの大きな再生用空気を通過させる事によって前記アミン担持固体吸収剤から二酸化炭素を脱離させるようにした請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記処理ゾーンを通過した使用済処理空気の一部または全量を循環処理対象空気として、前記処理対象空気とともに前記処理ゾーンに通過させるようにした請求項6或いは請求項7に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記再生ゾーンを通過した使用済再生用空気の一部または全量を循環再生用空気として、前記再生用空気とともに前記再生ゾーンに通過させるようにした請求項6或いは請求項7に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記再生ゾーンに通風する再生用空気の入口と出口に全熱交換器を設けて全熱回収できるようにした請求項6から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 二酸化炭素の吸収性能を有する前記ハニカムロータと、湿気吸着又は吸収機能を有するハニカムロータと、SOx、NOx等の酸性ガスの吸着又は吸収機能を有するハニカムロータと、アルカリ性ガスの吸着又は吸収機能を有するハニカムロータと、VOC吸着機能を有するハニカムロータのいずれかを有するハニカムロータとを組み合わせた請求項7から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
