Description
また、本発明はメタルカードの材質特性上金属層により、RF通信が不可能であった従来の問題点を解決し、アンテナの感度を向上しうるように、フェライト物質を様々な形態で実現し、カードの製造方法及びメタルカードを提供することを目的とする。
本発明は、カード製造時、強磁性の絶縁物質であるフェライト物質を絶縁特性と付着性が強化されるように様々な形態で実現することによって、他のシートとの効率的な接着を達成し、アンテナとメタル素材との干渉を最小化し、RF通信強度を最大化することができる。
Claims (15)
- メタルシート;
前記メタルシートの一側面に挿入されるプラスチック素材の加工部;
前記メタルシートの下面に付着される強磁性絶縁体を含む絶縁シート;及び
前記絶縁シートの下面に付着されるアンテナコイルを含むインレイシート;
を含み、
前記メタルシートは、前記一側面にPVC挿入部を形成し、前記プラスチック素材の加工部を挿入し、
前記強磁性絶縁体は、一つ以上の小片(piece)で含まれることを特徴とするメタルカード。 - 前記強磁性絶縁体は、フェライト(Ferrite)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメタルカード。
- 前記メタルシートは、前記一側面にPVC挿入部を形成し、前記プラスチック素材の加工部を挿入し、反対側面に前記加工部の一部が露出するように第1開口部を形成し、
前記加工部及び複数のシートは、1次ミリング工程によりインレイシートのアンテナコイルが露出するように、前記第1開口部を介して一部が切削され、
前記アンテナコイルは、COBパッドと連結され、
前記COBパッドは、前記メタルシートの第1開口部上に付着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメタルカード。 - 前記インレイシートは、COBパッド挿入のために一部を切削する2次ミリング工程を経て、COBパッドの背面突出部を収容するように収容溝を形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のメタルカード。
- 前記絶縁シートを付着するための一つ以上の接着シートをさらに含み、
前記接着シートは、ホットメルト(Hot Melt)シートで構成され、高温工程時、溶融され前記1つ以上の小片間に入り込み、接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメタルカード。 - メタルシート;
前記メタルシートの一側面に挿入されるプラスチック素材の加工部;
前記メタルシートの下面に付着される、強磁性絶縁体を含む絶縁シート;及び
前記絶縁シートの下面に付着される、アンテナコイルを含むインレイシート;
を含み、
前記メタルシートは、前記一側面にPVC挿入部を形成し、前記プラスチック素材の加工部を挿入し、前記強磁性絶縁体は、粉末(powder)形態で含まれることを特徴とするメタルカード。 - COBが付着されたメタルシート上に塗布されるプライマー層;
前記プライマーが塗布されたメタルシート上に、カード情報をプリンティングするプリント層;及び
前記カード情報をプリンティングしたメタルシートをコーティングするコーティング層;
をさらに含む請求項1又は6に記載のメタルカード。 - メタルシート、加工部、絶縁シート、インレイシートを含むカードの製造方法であって、
メタルシートの一側面にプラスチック素材の加工部を挿入して加工されたメタルシートを形成するステップ;
強磁性絶縁体を含む絶縁シートを前記メタルシートの下面に付着するステップ;及び
アンテナコイルを含むインレイシートを前記絶縁シートの下面に付着するステップ;
を含み、
前記メタルシート、前記絶縁シート、前記インレイシートは、一つ以上の接着シートを用いて付着し、
前記強磁性絶縁体は、一つ以上の小片(piece)で含まれることを特徴とするカードの製造方法。 - 前記加工されたメタルシートを形成するステップは、
前記メタルシート一側面にPVC挿入部を形成し、プラスチック素材の加工部を挿入するステップ;
前記メタルシートの他の側面に、前記加工部の一部が露出するように第1開口部を形成するステップ;
前記第1開口部を介して、前記加工部及び前記メタルシートの下面に合紙された複数のシートを1次ミリングするステップ;
前記1次ミリングするステップを通じて露出されたアンテナコイルと、COBパッドとを連結するステップ;及び
前記アンテナコイルと連結されたCOBパッドをメタルシートの第1開口部上に付着するステップ;
を含む請求項8に記載のカードの製造方法。 - 前記第1開口部を形成するステップは、
前記プラスチック素材の加工部が露出されるまで前記メタルシートを切削して形成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のカードの製造方法。 - COBパッド挿入のために前記1次ミリングするステップを通じて露出されたインレイシートの一部を2次ミリングするステップをさらに含み、
前記2次ミリングするステップは、前記第1開口部を介して露出されたインレイシートの一部を、前記COBパッドの背面突出部を収容するように切削して、収容溝を形成することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のカードの製造方法。 - 前記COBが付着されたメタルシートにプライマーを塗布するステップ;
前記プライマーが塗布されたメタルシートにカード情報をプリンティングするステップ;及び
前記カード情報をプリンティングしたメタルシートをコーティングするステップ;をさらに含む請求項11に記載のカードの製造方法。 - 前記強磁性絶縁体は、フェライト(Ferrite)であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のカードの製造方法。
- 前記絶縁シートを付着するための一つ以上の接着シートをさらに含み、
前記接着シートは、ホットメルト(Hot Melt)シートで構成され、高温工程時、溶融され、前記1つ以上の小片間に入り込み、接着されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のカードの製造方法。 - メタルシート、加工部、絶縁シート、インレイシートを含むカードの製造方法であって、
メタルシートの一側面にプラスチック素材の加工部を挿入して加工されたメタルシートを形成するステップ;
強磁性絶縁体を含む絶縁シートを前記メタルシートの下面に付着するステップ;及び
アンテナコイルを含むインレイシートを前記絶縁シートの下面に付着するステップ;
を含み、
前記メタルシート、前記絶縁シート、前記インレイシートは、一つ以上の接着シートを用いて付着し、
前記強磁性絶縁体は、粉末(powder)形態で含まれることを特徴とするカードの製造方法。
