Description
本願は、2018年6月12日出願の米国特許出願第16/006793号、題名「Intact Pea Protein−Based Nutrient Composition」の利益を主張するものであり、その全内容は、全ての目的のために本明細書中に全体として参照により組み込まれている。
Claims (20)
- 以下:
エンドウマメタンパク質を含む少なくとも1つのタンパク質源;
1つ以上の植物化学的抽出物;
1つ以上の脂肪酸;
1つ以上の有機成分;および
1つ以上のプレバイオティック繊維
を含む栄養組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1つのタンパク質源が、全組成物の5.50重量%〜6.20重量%を構成し、かつ、前記少なくとも1つのタンパク質が、混合物の全タンパク質に基づく100重量%のエンドウマメタンパク質である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記植物化学的抽出物が、果物、野菜、ハーブおよび香辛料のブレンドである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記植物化学的抽出物が、ローズマリー抽出物、果物、野菜、ハーブ、および香辛料からの植物化学的抽出物のブレンド、クエン酸カリウムおよび塩化カリウムを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。

(c)有機高リノールヒマワリ油は、全組成物の1.50重量%〜1.75重量%を構成する。 - 前記有機成分がバニラ植物抽出物を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- さらに任意に、1つ以上のビタミンおよびミネラルブレンドおよび精製水を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ビタミンおよびミネラルブレンドが、リン酸二カルシウム、塩化カリウム、塩化マグネシウム、炭酸カルシウム、二酒石酸コリン、アスコルビン酸ナトリウム、クエン酸三ナトリウム、クエン酸カリウム、L−システイン、タウリン、L−カミチン、イノシトール、L−トリプトファン、DL−アルファ−トコフェリルアセテート、ナイアシンアミド、酸化亜鉛、オルトリン酸鉄、パントテン酸カルシウム、ピリドキシン塩酸塩、硫酸銅、硫酸マグネシウム、リボフラビン、チアミン塩酸塩、ビタミンAパルミテート、ベータカロテン、葉酸、ビオチン、ピコリン酸クロム、フィトナジオン、モリブデン酸ナトリウム、セレン酸ナトリウム、ヨウ化カリウム、ビタミンD2およびビタミンB12の群から選択される、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 以下を含む、請求項12に記載の組成物:
(a)ビタミンおよびミネラルのブレンドは、全組成物の0.80重量%〜0.95重量%を構成し、
(b)精製水は、全組成物の73.00重量%〜78.00重量%を構成する。 - 前記プレバイオティック繊維が有機リュウゼツランイヌリンを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 有機リュウゼツランイヌリンが、全組成物の0.95重量%〜1.14重量%を構成する、請求項15に記載の組成物。
- さらに、任意に、有機玄米シロップ固体、有機リュウゼツランシロップ、有機キノア粉、有機バニラ風味剤および有機粉砕チーアを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 以下を含む、請求項17に記載の組成物:
(a)有機玄米シロップ固体は、全組成物の4.00重量%〜10.00重量%を構成し、
(b)有機リュウゼツランシロップは、全組成物の2.85重量%〜7.00重量%を構成し、
(c)有機キノア粉は、全組成物の0.03重量%を構成し、
(d)バニラ風味剤は、全組成物の1.10重量%を構成し、
(e)粉砕チーアは、全組成物の0.01重量%を構成する。 - 請求項1に記載の栄養組成物を使用する方法であって、前記方法が:
前記栄養組成物を使用者に経腸的に、または経口的に投与するステップ、
栄養成分の実質的に1つ以上の組合せを提供し、それによって体液吸収を妨げるかまたは消化管障害を引き起こすことなく、前記使用者のエネルギー必要量を満たすステップ
を含む方法。 - 栄養組成物を製造する方法であって、以下のステップ:
(a)加水分解されたエンドウマメタンパク質を水に10分間混合することによってエンドウマメタンパク質スラリーを形成するステップ;
(b)エンドウマメタンパク質スラリーに脂肪を5分間混合することによってタンパク質−脂肪スラリーを形成するステップ;

(d)ステップ(c)の混合物にリュウゼツランシロップを10分間混合するステップ;および
(e)マイクロサーミックプロセッサにより無菌的に前記組成物を製造するステップ
を含む、方法。
