Abstract
Description
− 支持層と、
− ポリマーブレンドを含む剥離性シール層であって、前記ポリマーブレンドが:
− 少なくとも120℃、好ましくは少なくとも130℃のガラス転移温度を特徴とする1種又は複数の第一非晶性環状オレフィンポリマーを40〜85重量%、好ましくは45〜80重量%;
− 120℃未満、好ましくは110℃未満のガラス転移温度を特徴とする1種又は複数の第二非晶性環状オレフィンポリマーを10〜55重量%、好ましくは15〜50重量%;及び
− 少なくとも1種の重合モノビニルアレーン及び少なくとも1種の重合非環式オレフィンを含む少なくとも1種のエラストマー性コポリマーであって、そのモノビニルアレーン含有量が最大50重量%までであり、ASTM D2240に従った、20〜90となるShoreA硬度(30秒)を特徴とするエラストマー性コポリマーを0.5〜15重量%、好ましくは0.5〜10重量%、
を含む剥離性シール層と、
を含むヒートシール性の多層包装用フィルムであって、
ガラス転移温度が、10℃/分の加熱勾配でASTM D3418に従って示差走査熱量測定により測定される多層包装用フィルムを開示する。
− 剥離性シール層の第一非晶性環状オレフィンポリマーは、EN ISO527に従った30%以下、好ましくは20%以下の破断点伸びを特徴とする;
− 剥離性シール層の第二非晶性環状オレフィンポリマーは、EN ISO527に従った30%超、好ましくは40%超の破断点伸びを特徴とする;
− 環状オレフィンポリマーは、水素化されている;
− エラストマー性コポリマーは、スチレン−イソブチレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−プロピレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−エチレン−プロピレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−イソプレンコポリマー、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−イソプレン−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−イソプレン−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−ブチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマー及びスチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマーからなる群から選択される;
− エラストマー性コポリマーは、水素化されている;
− 支持層は、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル−グリコールコポリマー及びエチレン酢酸ビニルから成る群から選択される少なくとも1枚のポリマー層を含む;
− シール層の厚さは、3〜100μm、好ましくは5〜80μm、より好ましくは7〜50μm、最も好ましくは10〜30μmとなる;
− シール層は、ASTM D882に従った、65N/mm2以下、好ましくは60N/mm2以下、より好ましくは55N/mm2以下の破断応力を特徴とする;
− シール層は、ASTM D882に従った、2100N/mm2以下、好ましくは2000N/mm2以下の弾性率を特徴とする。
− ASTM F88に従って測定した剥離強度は、1.0〜15.0N/15mm、好ましくは2.0〜10.0N/15mmとなる。
− 包装体は、115℃で30分以上、又は121℃で15分以上、又は130℃で10分以上、減菌可能である。
− 単層又は多層基材をヒートシール性多層フィルムのヒートシール層と接触させるステップと、
− 200〜250℃、好ましくは210〜240℃となる温度で、0.2〜3秒、好ましくは0.5〜2秒となる滞留時間、及び100〜500kPa、好ましくは150〜250kPaとなる圧力を用いてシールして、ヒートシール包装体を冷却するステップと
を備えるヒートシール包装体を製造する方法をさらに開示する。
− 少なくとも120℃のガラス転移温度及び30%以下の破断点伸びを特徴とする1種又は複数の第一非晶性環状オレフィンポリマーを40〜85重量%、好ましくは45〜80重量%;
− 120℃未満のガラス転移温度及び30%超の破断点伸びを特徴とする1種又は複数の非晶性環状オレフィンポリマーを10〜55重量%、好ましくは15〜50重量%;並びに
− 少なくとも1種の重合モノビニルアレーン及び少なくとも1種の重合非環式オレフィンを含む少なくとも1種のエラストマー性コポリマーであって、モノビニルアレーンの含有量が、最大50重量%までであり、ASTM D2240に従った20〜90となるShoreA硬度(30秒)を特徴とする少なくとも1種のエラストマー性コポリマーを0.5〜15重量%
含むポリマーブレンドを含み、
そのガラス転移温度は、10℃/分の加熱勾配でASTM D3418に従って示差走査熱量測定により測定され、破断点伸びが、EN ISO527に従って引張試験により求められる。

Claims (13)
- ヒートシール性の多層包装用フィルムであって、
− 支持層と、
− ポリマーブレンドを含む剥離性シール層であって、前記ポリマーブレンドが:
− 少なくとも120℃、好ましくは少なくとも130℃のガラス転移温度を特徴とする1種又は複数の第一非晶性環状オレフィンポリマーを40〜85重量%、好ましくは45〜80重量%;
− 120℃未満、好ましくは110℃未満のガラス転移温度を特徴とする1種又は複数の第二非晶性環状オレフィンポリマーを10〜55重量%、好ましくは15〜50重量%;及び
− 少なくとも1種の重合モノビニルアレーン及び少なくとも1種の重合非環式オレフィンを含む少なくとも1種のエラストマー性コポリマー0.5〜15重量%、好ましくは0.5〜10重量%であって、そのモノビニルアレーン含有量が最大50重量%まであり、20〜90に含まれるASTM D2240に従ったShoreA硬度(30秒)を特徴とするエラストマー性コポリマー;
を含む剥離性シール層と、
を含み、
前記ガラス転移温度が、10℃/分の加熱勾配でASTM D3418に従って示差走査熱量測定により測定されるヒートシール性の多層包装用フィルム。 - − 前記剥離性シール層の前記第一非晶性環状オレフィンポリマーが、30%以下、好ましくは20%以下の破断点伸びを特徴とする、及び
− 前記剥離性シール層の前記第二非晶性環状オレフィンポリマーが、30%超、好ましくは40%超の破断点伸びを特徴とし、前記破断点伸びが、EN ISO527に従って引張試験により求められる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒートシール性多層包装用フィルム。 - 前記環状オレフィンポリマーが水素化されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のヒートシール性多層包装用フィルム。
- 前記エラストマー性コポリマーが、スチレン−イソブチレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−プロピレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−エチレン−プロピレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−イソプレンコポリマー、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−イソプレン−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−イソプレン−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−ブチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマー及びスチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマーから成る群から選択される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性多層包装用フィルム。
- 前記エラストマー性コポリマーが、水素化されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性多層包装用フィルム。
- 前記支持層が、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル−グリコールコポリマー及びエチレン酢酸ビニルから成る群から選択される少なくとも1枚のポリマー層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性多層包装用フィルム。
- 前記剥離性シール層の厚さが、3〜100μm、好ましくは5〜80μm、より好ましくは7〜50μm、最も好ましくは10〜30μmに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性多層包装用フィルム。
- 前記シール層が、ASTM D882に従った、65N/mm2以下、好ましくは60N/mm2以下、より好ましくは55N/mm2以下の破断応力を特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性多層包装用フィルム。
- 前記シール層が、ASTM D882に従った、2100N/mm2以下、好ましくは2000N/mm2以下の弾性率を特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性多層包装用フィルム。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性多層包装用フィルムと、多層又は単層基材とを含む包装体であって、前記基材が、少なくとも1枚の環状オレフィンポリマー層を含み、前記ポリマー層が、前記基材にヒートシールした前記ヒートシール性多層フィルムの前記剥離性シール層と接する包装体。
- ASTM F88に従って測定した前記剥離強度が、1.0〜15.0N/15mm、好ましくは2.0〜10.0N/15mmに含まれることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の包装体。
- 前記包装体が、115℃で30分以上、121℃で15分以上、又は130℃で10分以上で減菌可能であることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の包装体。
- 請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール包装体を製造する方法であって、
− 単層又は多層基材を請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性多層フィルムの前記ヒートシール層と接触させるステップと、
− 200〜250℃、好ましくは210〜240℃に含まれる温度で、0.2〜3秒、好ましくは0.5〜2秒に含まれる滞留時間、及び100〜500kPa、好ましくは150〜250kPaに含まれる圧力を用いて、シールして、前記ヒートシール包装体を冷却するステップと
を備える方法。
