図2は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るバッテリセル連結用バスバー200の第1の溶接突起230がバッテリセル100の電極端子110に溶接された様子を示す図であり、図3は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るバッテリセル連結用バスバー200の第2の溶接突起240がバッテリセル100の電極端子110に溶接された様子を示す図である。
図4は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係るバッテリセル連結用バスバー200の第1の溶接突起230がバッテリセル100の電極端子110に溶接された様子を示す図であり、図5は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係るバッテリセル連結用バスバー200の第2の溶接突起240がバッテリセル100の電極端子110に溶接された様子を示す図である。

Claims (18)
- 導電性物質からなる胴体部と、
前記胴体部から延びるリード部と、
前記リード部から突設されて、バッテリセルの電極端子に溶接されるための第1の溶接突起と、
前記リード部から突設されて前記電極端子に溶接されるための第2の溶接突起と、
を備え、
前記第2の溶接突起は、前記第1の溶接突起よりも低く突出するように形成されるバッテリセル連結用バスバー。 - 前記第1の溶接突起及び前記第2の溶接突起は、それぞれ前記電極端子に対向するように形成される請求項1に記載のバッテリセル連結用バスバー。
- 導電性物質からなる胴体部と、
前記胴体部から延びるリード部と、
前記リード部から突設されて、バッテリセルの電極端子に溶接されるための第1の溶接突起と、
前記リード部から突設されて前記電極端子に溶接されるための第2の溶接突起と、
を備え、
前記第2の溶接突起は、前記第1の溶接突起の突出方向とは異なる方向に突出するように形成されるバッテリセル連結用バスバー。 - 前記リード部は、
前記バッテリセルの前記電極端子に対向する第1のリードと、
前記第1のリードから折り曲げられて配置される第2のリードと、
を備え、
前記第1の溶接突起及び前記第2の溶接突起は、前記第1のリード及び前記第2のリードにそれぞれ形成される請求項3に記載のバッテリセル連結用バスバー。 - 前記第2の溶接突起は、前記第1の溶接突起よりも前記胴体部と隣り合うように形成される請求項1又は請求項3に記載のバッテリセル連結用バスバー。
- 前記リード部の少なくとも一方の面には、前記胴体部から延びる方向と交差する方向にガイド溝が刻設される請求項5に記載のバッテリセル連結用バスバー。
- 前記ガイド溝は、
前記第1の溶接突起と前記第2の溶接突起との間に位置する第1のガイド溝と、
前記第2の溶接突起と前記胴体部との間に位置する第2のガイド溝と、
を備える請求項6に記載のバッテリセル連結用バスバー。 - 前記第1のガイド溝及び前記第2のガイド溝の少なくとも一方は複数刻設される請求項7に記載のバッテリセル連結用バスバー。
- 複数のバッテリセルと、
前記複数のバッテリセルを電気的に連結するためのバスバーと、
を備え、
前記バスバーは、
前記バッテリセルの電極端子の上に延びるリード部と、
前記リード部に形成されて、前記電極端子と接合される第1の溶接突起と、
前記リード部に形成されて、前記電極端子から離れるように配置される第2の溶接突起と、
を備えるバッテリパック。 - 前記第1の溶接突起及び前記第2の溶接突起は、それぞれ前記電極端子に対向するように形成され、
前記第2の溶接突起は、前記第1の溶接突起よりも低く突出するように形成される請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記リード部は、
前記バッテリセルの前記電極端子に対向する第1のリードと、
前記第1のリードから折り曲げられて配置される第2のリードと、
を備え、
前記第1の溶接突起及び前記第2の溶接突起は、前記第1のリード及び前記第2のリードにそれぞれ形成されて互いに異なる方向に突出する請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記リード部は複数配設され、
前記複数のリード部のうちの少なくとも2つのリード部は、前記電極端子の上に延びる請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。 - リード部から突設される第1の溶接突起をバッテリセルの電極端子に溶接するステップと、
前記第1の溶接突起と前記電極端子との間の溶接状態を確認するステップと、
前記第1の溶接突起と前記電極端子との間の溶接が不良である場合、前記リード部から突設されて前記電極端子から離れて配置された第2の溶接突起を前記電極端子に溶接するステップと、
を含むバッテリパックの製造方法。 - 前記第1の溶接突起を前記電極端子に溶接するステップにおいては、
複数のリード部からそれぞれ突設される前記第1の溶接突起を複数の前記バッテリセルの前記電極端子にそれぞれ溶接する請求項13に記載のバッテリパックの製造方法。 - 前記第1の溶接突起を前記電極端子に溶接するステップにおいては、
前記電極端子の上に延びる2つのリード部の間に電流を流して、前記2つのリード部にそれぞれ形成される前記第1の溶接突起を前記電極端子に溶接する請求項13に記載のバッテリパックの製造方法。 - 前記第1の溶接突起と前記電極端子との間の溶接状態を確認するステップは、
前記リード部を介して前記バッテリセルの電圧を測定するステップと、
測定された電圧と予め設定された電圧とを比較して溶接状態の良否を判別するステップと、
を含む請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパックの製造方法。 - 前記第2の溶接突起を前記電極端子に溶接するステップにおいては、
前記電極端子から離れて配置された前記第2の溶接突起が前記電極端子に接触するように前記リード部を歪ませて溶接する請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパックの製造方法。 - 前記第2の溶接突起を前記電極端子に溶接するステップにおいては、
前記電極端子の上に延びる2つのリード部の間に電流を流して、前記2つのリード部にそれぞれ形成される前記第2の溶接突起を前記電極端子に溶接する請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパックの製造方法。
