Description
本開示の目的は、電極及び接続端子の溶接不良が生じる場合でも製品の歩留り率の低下を抑制できる電池モジュール及びその製造方法を提供することである。
Claims (5)
- ケースに保持された複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルの一方側または他方側に配置された集電板と、を備え、
前記集電板は、前記各電池セルに設けられた電極に複数ずつ対向配置されるように、集電板本体に接続された接続端子を含み、
少なくとも1つの前記電極について、前記電極に対向する前記複数の接続端子は、前記電極に溶接される第1接続端子と、前記電極に溶接されない第2接続端子とを含む、電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記第1接続端子及び前記第2接続端子は、前記集電板本体に形成された開口の内周縁から互いに隙間をあけて並んで突出し、前記電極に近づくように曲げ形成される、電池モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記第1接続端子及び前記第2接続端子の根元側端部は、前記開口の内周縁に断面円弧形の曲面部で連結される、電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記集電板は、前記集電板本体に形成された開口の内周縁に接続されたヒューズ部と、前記ヒューズ部において前記開口との接続側に対して反対側端に接続された電池側配置部とを含み、
前記第1接続端子及び前記第2接続端子は、前記電池側配置部の先端から分岐して形成される、電池モジュール。 - ケースに保持された複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルの一方側または他方側に配置された集電板と、を備える電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記集電板は、前記各電池セルに設けられた電極に複数ずつ対向配置されるように、集電板本体に接続され、第1接続端子と第2接続端子とを有する接続端子を含み、
電池モジュールの製造方法は、
前記各電極に対向する前記複数の接続端子において、それぞれ1つの第1接続端子のみを前記電極に溶接する溶接作業を行い、前記電極に対向する第2接続端子は前記電極に溶接しない正規溶接ステップと、
前記正規溶接ステップの実行後に、少なくとも一部の前記第1接続端子の溶接が不良である場合に、溶接不良の前記第1接続端子と同じ前記電極に対向する前記第2接続端子を前記電極に溶接する再溶接作業を行う再溶接ステップとを含む、電池モジュールの製造方法。
