Claims (14)
- テラスを有する外装材、及び前記テラスを介して突出した少なくとも一つのセルタブを含むバッテリーセルと;
前記テラスの上面側に位置する回路基板、前記回路基板に形成された少なくとも一つの電極タブ、及び前記回路基板に形成された少なくとも一つの回路素子からなる保護回路モジュールと;
を含み、
前記セルタブは、前記電極タブに接続され、
前記回路基板には、少なくとも一つのホールが形成され、
前記電極タブは、前記ホール上に形成され、
前記電極タブ及び前記回路素子は、前記回路基板の上面に形成されることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記電極タブの幅は、前記ホールの幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記電極タブの幅は、前記回路基板の幅と等しいか、または小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記電極タブは、平板の形態を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記電極タブは、
前記回路基板に接続された第1領域と;
前記第1領域に垂直方向に連結された第2領域と;
前記第2領域に連結されると共に、前記第1領域と平行する第3領域と;
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記セルタブは、前記電極タブの第1領域と第3領域の間に挟まれることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記回路基板には、前記セルタブが通過する領域と対応する領域に切り欠き部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記テラスの一の面は、前記外装材の一の面と同一面を成し、
前記テラスの他の面は、前記外装材の他の面よりも低いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記テラスと前記回路基板との間には、第1絶縁テープが介在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルと前記保護回路モジュールの両端が第2絶縁テープにより覆われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護回路モジュールが位置する前記バッテリーセルの一端が第3絶縁テープにより覆われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- テラスを有する外装材、及び前記テラスを介して突出した少なくとも一つのセルタブを含むバッテリーセルと、少なくとも一つのホールが形成された回路基板、前記ホールの上部に形成された電極タブ、及び前記回路基板に形成された少なくとも一つの回路素子からなる保護回路モジュールとをそれぞれ提供する段階と;
前記電極タブと前記セルタブを互いに接続する段階と;
前記保護回路モジュールが前記テラスの上面側に位置するように、前記セルタブを折曲する段階と;
を含み、
前記電極タブ及び前記回路素子は、前記回路基板の上面に形成されることを特徴とする、バッテリーパックの製造方法。 - 前記接続段階は、
前記ホールを介して露出した前記電極タブに第1溶接棒を接触させると同時に、前記セルタブに第2溶接棒を接触させる段階と;
前記第1溶接棒及び前記第2溶接棒に互いに異なる極性の電圧を提供する段階と;
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のバッテリーパックの製造方法。 - 前記バッテリーセルと前記保護回路モジュールとをそれぞれ提供する段階では、
前記バッテリーセルのテラス上に予め第1絶縁テープが付着することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のバッテリーパックの製造方法。
