Description
Claims (14)
- 전극 조립체, 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 캔, 상기 전극 조립체의 중심부에 삽입되는 센터핀, 상기 전극 조립체의 상단 개구부를 밀봉하는 캡 조립체, 상기 전극 조립체와 상기 캡 조립체 사이에 위치하는 상절연판을 포함하여 이루어지는 원통형 리튬 이차전지에 있어서,상기 상절연판은 중앙에 위치하는 중공부에 상기 전극 조립체 방향으로만 휘어지는 힌지(hinge)부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 힌지부는 상기 중공부로 상기 센터핀을 삽입한 후에는 상기 상절연판의 표면과 평행하도록 복원되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 힌지부는 화살표 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 힌지부는 복수개 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 힌지부는상기 중공부에 연결되고, 상기 센터핀 삽입시 상기 전극 조립체 방향으로 휘어지는 변형부와,상기 변형부의 단부와 연결되고, 상기 센터핀 삽입시 상기 변형부를 중심으로 상기 전극 조립체 방향으로 회전하는 회전부를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 변형부는 상기 상절연판의 두께 방향에서 중앙의 위치보다 하측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 변형부는 상기 상절연판의 두께 방향 단면이 직사각형 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 변형부는 재질이 탄성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 탄성체는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리프로필 렌(PP), 폴리이미드(PI) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 회전부는 단면이 직각삼각형 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 직각삼각형 형상은 상기 상절연판의 두께 방향과 수직한 변을 밑변으로 하고, 상기 상절연판의 두께 방향과 평행한 변을 높이로 하며, 직각부분이 상기 변형부와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 변형부의 길이는 상기 회전부의 밑변의 길이보다 짧게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상절연판에는 다수의 홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 홀은 상기 중공부에서 최외각까지 방사상의 선형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 리튬 이차전지.
