- 植込み可能人工デバイスであって、
天然心臓弁尖同士の間に位置決めされて前記天然心臓弁尖同士の間における逆流を軽減するように構成される、膨張可能スペーサであって、前記膨張可能スペーサは、それぞれが内部空洞を有する複数の膨張可能部材を備え、各膨張可能部材が、非膨張構成と膨張構成との間で膨張可能である、膨張可能スペーサと、
前記天然心臓弁尖に対して前記膨張可能スペーサをアンカー固定するように構成された少なくとも1つのアンカーであって、各膨張可能部材が、それぞれの膨張構成へと独立的に膨張され得る、少なくとも1つのアンカーと、
を備える、植込み可能人工デバイス。 - 前記膨張可能スペーサは、前記膨張可能部材がそれぞれ異なる量の膨張媒体で膨張された場合に、非対称形状を形成し得る、請求項10に記載の植込み可能人工デバイス。
- 前記複数の膨張可能部材は、前記膨張可能スペーサの中心長手方向軸の直径方向両側に位置する、前記中心長手方向軸から径方向外方に延在する第1の膨張可能部材および第2の膨張可能部材を備える、請求項10または11に記載の植込み可能人工デバイス。
- 各膨張可能部材が、前記膨張可能スペーサが前記天然心臓弁尖同士の間に植え込まれた場合に、前記天然心臓弁尖と接合するように構成された対向側に位置する第1の主要表面および第2の主要表面を備え、各膨張可能部材が、前記第1の主要表面から前記第2の主要表面までで測定される幅を有し、各膨張可能部材が、膨張されることにより幅が増大するように構成される、請求項12に記載の植込み可能人工デバイス。
- 前記膨張可能スペーサは、第1の媒体通路および第2の媒体通路を備え、前記第1の媒体通路は、加圧された膨張媒体を受け、前記膨張媒体を前記第1の膨張可能部材に流入させ得るように適合され、前記第2の媒体通路は、前記加圧された膨張媒体を受け、前記膨張媒体を前記第2の膨張可能部材に流入させ得るように適合される、請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の植込み可能人工デバイス。
- 前記アンカーは、前記天然心臓弁尖上にアンカー固定するように構成された少なくとも2つのアンカーを備える、請求項10から14のいずれか一項に記載の植込み可能人工デバイス。
- 前記膨張可能スペーサの外方表面を覆う弾性カバーをさらに備える、請求項10から15のいずれか一項に記載の植込み可能人工デバイス。
- 前記膨張可能スペーサは、非弾性であり、前記弾性カバーは、前記膨張可能部材のうちの1つの膨張時に少なくとも一方向に伸張する、請求項16に記載の植込み可能人工デバイス。
- 前記複数の膨張可能部材は、第1の膨張可能部材および第2の膨張可能部材を備え、前記第1の膨張可能部材および前記第2の膨張可能部材は、完全膨張時にそれぞれ異なるサイズおよび/または形状である、請求項10から17のいずれか一項に記載の植込み可能人工デバイス。
