Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 複合ゼオライト触媒粒子を形成する方法であって、
NaOH、ケイ素源、有機構造指向剤、水、およびアルミニウム源を組み合わせて触媒ゲルを形成することであって、前記有機構造指向剤が、以下に従うポリ第四級アンモニウム化合物を含み、
Xは、水酸化物基であるか、またはCl、Br、I、もしくはそれらの組み合わせから選択されるハロゲンであり、
R1は、置換または非置換C8−22アルキル基であり、
R2は、置換または非置換C3−6アルキル基であり、
R3は、置換もしくは非置換C1−8アルキル基であるか、またはアルケニル基である、触媒ゲルを形成することと、
均質化のために前記触媒ゲルを撹拌することと、
前記触媒ゲルを加熱して、前記複合ゼオライト触媒粒子を形成することであって、前記複合ゼオライト触媒粒子が、モルデナイトゼオライトおよびZSM−5ゼオライトの両方を含み、モルデナイト結晶およびZSM−5結晶の両方の混合物を含む連晶領域を有することを特徴とする、複合ゼオライト触媒粒子を形成することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ケイ素源が、シリカゲル、酸化ケイ素、ハロゲン化ケイ素、オルトケイ酸テトラアルキル、ケイ酸、ヒュームドシリカ、ケイ酸ナトリウム、コロイドシリカ、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ケイ素源が、シリカゲルであり、前記シリカゲルが、水中20〜60重量%のシリカの懸濁液である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリ第四級アンモニウム化合物が、ジ第四級アンモニウム化合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- Xが、Cl、Br、I、またはそれらの組み合わせから選択されるハロゲンであり、
R1が、置換または非置換C18−22アルキル基であり、
R2が、置換または非置換C6アルキル基であり、
R3が、置換または非置換C6−8アルキル基であるか、またはアルケニル基である、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記アルミニウム源が、NaAlO2を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウム源、前記ケイ素源、前記有機構造指向剤、および前記水が、NaOHとさらに組み合わされて、前記触媒ゲルを形成する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記触媒ゲルの前記加熱が、自己圧力下、130〜180℃の温度で、撹拌しながら密封容器中で行われ、前記加熱が、10〜18日間継続される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、モリブデン、クロム、白金、ニッケル、タングステン、パラジウム、ルテニウム、金、レニウム、ロジウム、またはこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、0.01重量%〜20重量%の1つ以上の金属に前記複合ゼオライト触媒を含浸させて、含浸複合ゼオライト触媒粒子を生成することをさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 複合ゼオライト触媒であって、
前記複合ゼオライト触媒が、単一の触媒粒子内にZSM−5およびモルデナイトを含み、
前記複合ゼオライト触媒が、モルデナイト結晶とZSM−5結晶との混合物を含む連晶領域を有し、ZSM−5とモルデナイトとの前記連晶が、6.6±0.2、7.9±0.2、8.8±0.2、9.8±0.2、13.6±0.2、19.7±0.2、22.5±0.2、23.1±0.2、23.9±0.2、25.8±0.2、26.4±0.2、27.7±0.2に典型的なピークを有するXRD曲線を特徴とし、
前記複合ゼオライト触媒が、3:1〜2:3のモルデナイト対ZSM−5モル比を有し、
前記ゼオライト複合触媒中のケイ素対アルミニウム(Si/Al)のモル比が、5:1〜30:1であり、
前記複合ゼオライト触媒が、白金、ニッケル、タングステン、パラジウム、ルテニウム、金、レニウム、ロジウム、またはそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、0.01重量%〜20重量%の1つ以上の金属をさらに含んで含浸ゼオライト触媒を生成する、複合ゼオライト触媒。 - 前記金属が、レニウムを含む、請求項10に記載の複合ゼオライト触媒。
- キシレンを作製する方法であって、
重質リフォーメートを反応器に供給することであって、前記反応器が、複数の複合ゼオライト触媒粒子を含み、各複合ゼオライト触媒粒子が、ZSM−5ゼオライトおよびモルデナイトゼオライトの両方を含み、モルデナイト結晶およびZSM−5結晶の両方の混合物を含む連晶領域を有する、供給することと、
前記反応器中で前記重質リフォーメートのトランスアルキル化と脱アルキル化とを同時に行うことによって、キシレンを生成することであって、各複合ゼオライト触媒粒子が、前記トランスアルキル化反応および前記脱アルキル化反応の両方を同時に触媒することができる、生成することと、
を含み、
前記複合ゼオライト触媒が、モリブデン、クロム、ニッケル、タングステン、ルテニウム、金、レニウム、ロジウム、またはそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、0.01重量%〜20重量%の1つ以上の金属をさらに含む、方法。 - 前記重質リフォーメートが、少なくとも15重量%のメチルエチルベンゼン(MEB)および少なくとも50重量%のトリメチルベンゼン(TMB)を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記複合ゼオライト触媒が、3:1〜2:3のモルデナイト対ZSM−5モル比を有する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ゼオライト複合触媒中のケイ素対アルミニウム(Si/Al)のモル比が、5:1〜30:1である、請求項12に記載の方法。
