Description

ここで、インサートは射出成形金型に配置される前に修正されるか、又はインサートは射出成形金型が開放されて複合材部品が取り外される前に射出成形金型内で修正される。
Claims (9)
- インサートと熱可塑性ポリマーで作られたプラスチック部分(17)を含み、前記プラスチック部分(17)は少なくとも部分的に前記インサートを封入している、複合材部品の製造方法であって、
a)前記インサートの少なくとも1つのパーツ(1)又は前記インサートを射出成形金型(11)に配置する工程、
b)前記射出成形金型(11)を閉じる工程、
c)熱可塑性ポリマーを前記金型(11)内に注入し、それによって前記インサートを少なくとも部分的に上乗せ成形する工程、を含み、
前記インサートは前記射出成形金型(11)に配置される前に修正されるか、又は、前記複合材部品を取り出すために前記射出成形金型を開ける前の、前記インサートが前記射出成形金型(11)にある間に修正される、複合材部品の製造方法。 - 前記インサートは、少なくとも2つのパーツ(1)を含み、前記少なくとも2つのパーツ(1)を接合して1つのインサートを形成することによって修正される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インサートが分割され、前記分割されたインサートを接合することによって修正される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インサートは、該インサートにくぼみ、波形、折り目、又は開口部を導入することによって修正される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記インサートがボルト、ネジ又はピンを追加することによって修正される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 輪郭が前記インサートの少なくとも1つの端部に切られている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記インサートが金属、ポリマー又はセラミックから製造される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック部分(17)を構成する熱可塑性ポリマーが強化されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合材部品がエネルギー吸収部品である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
