Description

ここで、インサートは射出成形金型に配置される前に修正されるか、又はインサートは射出成形金型が開放されて複合材部品が取り外される前に射出成形金型内で修正される。
Claims (7)
- インサートと熱可塑性ポリマーで作られたプラスチック部分(17)を含むエネルギー吸収部品の製造方法であって、前記プラスチック部分(17)は少なくとも部分的に前記インサートを封入し、前記エネルギー吸収部品は運動エネルギーの制御された散逸のために確立され、
a)前記インサートの少なくとも2つのパーツ(1)を射出成形金型(11)に配置する工程、
b)前記射出成形金型(11)を閉じる工程、
c)熱可塑性ポリマーを前記金型(11)内に注入し、それによって前記インサートを少なくとも部分的に上乗せ成形する工程、を含み、
前記インサートは前記射出成形金型(11)に配置される前に修正されるか、又は、複合材部品を取り出すために前記射出成形金型を開ける前の、前記インサートが前記射出成形金型(11)にある間に修正され、前記インサートは、エネルギー吸収の特性を調整するために、該インサートにくぼみ、波形、折り目、又は開口部を導入することによって修正され、前記インサートが、前記射出成形金型を閉じる際に、又は、前記射出成形金型が閉じられた後であり前記ポリマーを射出する前において前記インサートの少なくとも2つのパーツに衝撃を与えるダイによって前記インサートのパーツ(1)を最終位置に押し込んで、前記インサートの少なくとも2つのパーツ(1)を接合又は接続することによって形成される、製造方法。 - 前記インサートが分割され、前記分割されたインサートを接合することによって修正される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記インサートは、ボルト、ネジ又はピンを追加することによって修正される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 輪郭が前記インサートの少なくとも1つの端部に切られている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記インサートが金属、ポリマー又はセラミックから製造される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック部分(17)を構成する熱可塑性ポリマーが強化されている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記インサートの各パーツは2つの端部を含み、一方の端部が舌部として形成され、他方の端部が溝部として形成され、2つのパーツが、第一パーツの舌部を第二パーツの溝部に挿入し、かつ、その第二パーツの舌部をその第一パーツの溝部に挿入することにより接続される、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
