此外,按照本发明提出一种用于制造覆板元件的方法。所述方法是注塑集成泡沫方法,其中,覆板元件设置在工具的第一工具侧与第二工具侧之间的空腔中。在该方法中进行压印行程,其方式为,在用于使注入的材料发泡的注塑集成泡沫方法中在所述空腔增大之前,第一工具侧和第二工具侧靠近彼此。通过所述压印行程将多个朝向第二工具侧设置或构造在第一工具侧上的突出部压入到覆板元件中以形成所述空隙部。
此外,按照本发明提出一种将覆板元件用于遮盖车辆中的安全气囊的应用。优选地,按照本发明的覆板元件在副驾驶员区域中设置在副驾驶员正面气囊上方。
在集成泡沫方法中由集成泡沫制造载体层时,所述空隙部被整体制造,使得载体层的边缘区域或者说边缘层区域或边界层区域相对于环境以及相对于空隙部或预定断裂部位是小孔隙的(kleinporig)、平面的并且完全封闭的,而位于载体层内部的区域是大孔隙的或部分地中空的。
上面公开的特征只要在技术上可行就可任意组合并且这些特征彼此不相矛盾。

具体实施方式
附图是示例性示意性的。附图中相同的附图标记指示功能相同的和/或结构相同的特征。
图1示出具有两个预定断裂区域3的覆板元件1。所述预定断裂区域3分别由四条预定断裂线4界定,其中,预定断裂线4位于预定断裂区域3之间并且将所述两个预定断裂区域3彼此分隔,从而总共七条预定断裂线4在覆板元件1上延伸。预定断裂区域3的、相对于周围区域5限界的预定断裂线4过渡到彼此中,使得预定断裂区域3的角相对于周围区域5倒圆。各个预定断裂部位沿相应的预定断裂线设置,其中,各预定断裂线之间的预定断裂部位的间距和尺寸相互协调。
图2示出覆板元件1的剖视图。在载体层2的视见侧上设置有空隙部7并且在载体层2的视见侧上设置有由皮革制成的装饰层6,使得空隙部7被遮盖。载体层2由发泡成集成泡沫的纤维复合材料制成,其中,载体层以注塑集成泡沫方法制造。载体层2的边缘区域与载体层的内部区域相比基本上没有或者具有非常小的孔隙(Poren),使得载体层2从外部具有平坦的表面。在载体层2的内部部分地构造有大的孔隙或空腔,使得载体层在高强度的情况下具有小的重量。空隙部7具有在载体层2中的深度T,使得载体层2的厚度D在空隙部7的区域中减小到剩余厚度R。在视见侧(该视见侧直接位于空隙部7上方)上装饰层6的第一区域的表面与第二区域(该第二区域直接与装饰层6上的第一区域相邻)形成一个共同的平面,从而装饰层在载体层的视见侧上在相对于空隙部的区域中没有空隙部或水平突变(Niveausprünge)。
图3a至3d示出预定断裂部位或空隙部7的不同的形状变型方案。与力求的预定断裂力、预定断裂走向以及力求的剩余厚度有关地,这些空隙部可不同种类地构造。
在图3a中,空隙部7在其基本形状方面构造成圆形的或者说在其几何结构方面构造成圆柱形的。宽度B对应于作为直径X的长度L,并且各个空隙部7以保持相同的间距A彼此间隔开。
图3b示出多个预定断裂部位的空隙部,其中,这些空隙部呈棱锥体形沿预定断裂线延伸地构造。
在图3c中,空隙部构造成椭圆形的并且以均匀变小的间距A1、A2和A3彼此间隔开。
图3d示出多个预定断裂部位的空隙部,这些空隙部在其基本形状方面六边形地形成并且从视见侧朝向背侧收尾,使得相应的空隙部7的相应底面继续具有六边形形状,然而该六边形形状相对于所述六边形的基本形状变小。空隙部通过所述收尾在横向于预定断裂线的剖面中构造成梯形的。在六边形形状的每侧上六边形形状的相应一个边缘沿纵向方向在断裂预定线的方向上指向。
图4a至4c分别以在用注塑集成泡沫方法制造覆板元件1期间载体层2的横截面示出载体层2的状态。
在图4a中可以看到在注入制成载体层2的材料之后的载体层2。载体层2在其背侧上相对于空隙部7构造有焊接肋8并且在该焊接肋8上构造有至少部分环绕预定断裂区域的缺口9。
在图4b中,图4a中的载体层2由工具压实,其方式为第一工具侧和第二工具侧靠近彼此。在此,用于产生空隙部7的突出部沉入到焊接筋8中。沉入到焊接筋8中的突出部可构造得比未沉入到焊接筋8中的突出部更长,因为否则这些突出部将与相对置的工具侧碰撞。
在图4c中,图4b中的载体层2在工具中所处的空腔增大。通过化学的或物理的发泡剂,载体层2在空腔中膨胀或发泡。在空腔增大时,载体层2的还未固化的内部区域膨胀。所述内部区域的膨胀产生位于内部的泡沫结构。此外,在图4c中,可看到在载体层2的横截面中载体层2的力求的断裂走向10。力求的断裂走向10从缺口9穿过载体层2延伸到空隙部7中。预定断裂区域3在图4c中位于断裂走向10的右边,环境区域5位于断裂走向10的左边。
本发明在其实施形式中并不局限于上面给出的优选实施例。更确切地说,可考虑多种变型方案,它们将所描绘的解决方案也应用在原则上不同类型的实施形式中。例如,设置在第一工具侧上的多个突出部可被构造成可移入和可移出的销,所述销可移入和可移出到第一工具侧中,使得在第一工具侧与第二工具侧之间的距离是可自由选择的并且所述可移入和可移出的销在其高度方面相对于第一工具侧是可自由调节的。

Claims (12)

1.用于在车辆上使用以遮盖安全气囊的覆板元件(1),所述覆板元件包括具有至少一个预定断裂区域(3)的形状稳定的载体层(2),所述预定断裂区域通过至少一条预定断裂线(4)与周围区域(5)和/或另外的预定断裂区域(3)划界,其中,沿所述预定断裂线(4)设置规则地间隔开的多个预定断裂部位。
2.根据上一权利要求所述的覆板元件(1),其中,所述载体层(2)具有视见侧和背离该视见侧的背侧,在所述视见侧上优选由皮革制成的装饰层(6)呈面状地设置在载体层(2)上,并且所述多个预定断裂部位设置在所述视见侧上。
3.根据上一权利要求所述的覆板元件(1),其中,所述装饰层(6)的第一面直接在位于视见侧上的预定断裂部位之上与该装饰层的第二面构成一个平面,所述第二面直接邻接所述第一面并且完全包围第一面,使得预定断裂线(4)的预定断裂部位在对于观察者的视见侧上不能被看到。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的覆板元件(1),其中,所述载体层(2)在其背面上构造有至少一个焊接肋(8),并且所述多个预定断裂部位中的至少一部分预定断裂部位与所述焊接肋(8)相对置地设置在载体层的视见侧上。
5.根据权利要求2至4之一所述的覆板元件(1),其中,所述载体层(2)在背侧上包括优选由芳族聚酰胺纤维制成的加强网,所述加强网设置在载体层上或载体层中。
6.根据上述权利要求之一所述的覆板元件(1),其中,所述载体层(2)是集成泡沫和/或由塑料材料或塑料复合材料制成和/或所述载体层(2)由包括聚丙烯和高达20%的玻璃纤维的塑料复合材料制成。
7.根据上述权利要求之一所述的覆板元件(1),其中,所述多个预定断裂部位中的一个预定断裂部位是载体层(2)中的空隙部(7)。
8.根据上一权利要求所述的覆板元件(1),其中,所述空隙部(7)是圆柱形的、长方体形的、锥形的或棱锥体形的和/或所述空隙部(7)的边缘是倒圆的。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的覆板元件(1),其中,所述空隙部(7)具有1mm至4mm之间的深度T、1mm至3mm之间的宽度B、1mm至10mm之间的长度L和/或相对于另外的空隙部具有1mm至4mm之间的间距A和/或所述载体层(2)具有2mm至6mm之间的厚度D。
10.根据上述权利要求之一所述的覆板元件(1),其中,所述至少一个预定断裂区域(3)在将覆板元件(1)按规定安装到车辆中作为安全气囊覆盖件时设置在安全气囊的折叠的气囊上方,使得所述气囊在展开时碰到并且穿通所述预定断裂区域(3)。
11.用于借助工具制造根据上述权利要求所述的覆板元件(1)的方法,所述工具包括第一工具侧和第二工具侧并且在所述第一工具侧与第二工具侧之间形成空腔,其中,所述方法是注塑集成泡沫方法,在该方法中
进行压印行程,其方式为在用于使注入的材料发泡的注塑集成泡沫方法中在所述空腔增大之前,第一工具侧和第二工具侧靠近彼此,使得将多个朝向第二工具侧设置或构造在第一工具侧上的突出部压入到设置在空腔中的覆板元件(1)中以形成空隙部(7)。
12.根据权利要求1至10之一所述的覆板元件(1)用于遮盖车辆中的安全气囊的用途。
