Claims (10)
- プリント基板(50)に配置された複数の第1のコンタクト要素(12)を有する、第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)と、
前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)に接合可能であるとともに、ベース体(30)に複数の第2のコンタクト要素(22)を保持し、該第2のコンタクト要素(22)は、前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の前記第1のコンタクト要素(12)に電気的にかつ機械的に接続可能である、第2の差込コネクタ部品(20)と、
を備える、差込コネクタアセンブリにおいて、
両側で前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の傍に、それぞれ打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b)が、前記プリント基板(50)上に取り付けられていて、
前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)と前記第2の差込コネクタ部品(20)とが接続されると、少なくとも1つのばねアーム(42a,42b)の部分(48)が、前記ベース体(30)に設けられた係止凹部(32a,32b)に係合するとともに前記第2のコンタクト要素(22)の1つに対する電気的な接続部を形成する
ことを特徴とする、差込コネクタアセンブリ。 - プリント基板(50)に配置された複数の第1のコンタクト要素(12)を有する、第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)と、
前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)に接合可能であるとともに、ベース体(30)に複数の第2のコンタクト要素(22)を保持し、該第2のコンタクト要素(22)は、前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の前記第1のコンタクト要素(12)に電気的にかつ機械的に接続可能である、第2の差込コネクタ部品(20)と、
を備える、差込コネクタアセンブリにおいて、
両側で前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)の傍に、それぞれ打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)が、前記プリント基板(50)上に取り付けられていて、
前記ベース体(30)に、金属製の接続要素(24,24a)が配置されていて、該接続要素(24,24a)は、前記差込コネクタ部品(10,20)同士が完全に接合されると、両方の前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)を、2つのばねアーム(42a,42b,25a,25b)を介して電気的に相互に接続し、前記ばねアーム(42a,42b,25a,25b)は、前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b)又は前記接続要素(24a)に一体に成形されている
ことを特徴とする、差込コネクタアセンブリ。 - 前記第1の差込コネクタ部品(10)と前記第2の差込コネクタ部分(20)とが接続されると、各々の前記ばねアーム(42a,42b,25a,25b)のそれぞれ1つの部分(48,26)が、それぞれ1つの係止凹部(32a,32b,49a,49b)に係合することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記ばねアーム(42a,42b,25a,25b)の前記部分(48,26)が、コンタクト湾曲部(48)又は屈曲された部分(26)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記接続要素(24,24a)は、U字形の輪郭を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記接続要素(24a)は、成形された前記ばねアーム(25a,25b)を有し、前記打抜き曲げ部品(40c,40d)は、成形された係止凹部(49a,49b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)は、前記プリント基板(50)の表面(52)上にろう接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)は、前記プリント基板(50)の孔に挿入されている圧入域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)は、前記プリント基板(50)の導体路に導電接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記打抜き曲げ部品(40a,40b,40c,40d)は、相互に鏡面対称に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の差込コネクタアセンブリ。
